I could not be any more happy with my nails. Kim was amazing. She listen to my request and delivered it perfect, exactly how I wanted. Best manicure I've had for al ong time. I highly recommend this place.

This salon is the best in Fairfax area. It's beautiful and clean. The chairs are comfortable and the staff, Rose, provides excellent service. They have good selection of colors. I left here with a beautiful set of gel manicure. I could not ask for a better one.

During my break, I went to this salon to get a gel pedicure. It was my first time and will be last time. A friend recommended this nail salon, and I have to say it's the worst I've ever been to. This lady did not know how to cut the cuticles. My toes were not even painted evenly by her. My skin and cuticles had a white coating everywhere. I'd rather my toes be colorless than have them painted unevenly by her. So I asked her to remove the gel off my toes. I have experience working at a nail salon and I understand what customers expect and how they would want their money worth. The fact that she charged $42 for a regular pedicure is ridiculous because she couldn't even do her job correctly. When I brought it up to the front desk lady, she only said, "I wish I had known sooner". That does not solve anything for me. The service provided has left me feeling truly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back.

Linh put it down with the gel pedicure today!!!! Not only do my toes look fabulous but she gave me the bestttttt foot massage omg I was so sad when it ended!! Lol First time to Luxe Nail Lounge and def will be back!!! So clean and fabulous vibes all around the staff was adorable

My friend and I arrive at 6:45pm. They were very accommodating and still took us even though they closed at 7:30. I loved their hospitality, however did not like my pedicure. The picture below shows how poorly they did it. This was my first time here so very disappointed ☹️ Decided to give it a shot despite the bad reviews. Wrong decision ?
