This is based on my recent visit to the Fair Oaks location. I bought an ankle bracelet a couple of months ago and the clasp completely broke. I asked if they could do something for me and they said I would've had to purchase the warranty. I suppose you need to purchase that because I hardly wore this and it's already broken. Won't buy jewelry there any more!

Macy's to get to an indoor playground... And we almost didn't make it because of the incredible furniture display area! I've never seen anything like it. It's massive and so beautiful. They have at least 12 different living room sets and bedroom sets, cribs, rugs, office furniture, modern, classic, mid-century, budget, and luxury. The kids had so much fun playing house (after I reminded them to not put their feet on the furniture or play!!) And we spent a lot of time sitting and experiencing different types of furniture that we never have before. I have a list of chairs, couches, a desk, and a dresser that I'm planning to buy over time. The staff was incredible! They left us alone unless we had questions, and did not give my kids any dirty looks which was super awesome, new experience. We collect mid-century furniture and I was really impressed with the interesting styles and eclectic mix they had. All different types of wood, upholstery, faux leather, options, and the sales.! A lot of the furniture was up to 50% off.I'm totally getting the green chair-- and wardrobe th thanks ?

So... glad to see that Macy's hasn't lost its charm. A few weeks ago, I received excellent customer care from Todd, who is actually a manager and works at the "At Your Service Desk" - Store # 11, Fair Oaks Mall. He is quite an asset. His charming and helpful demeanor is much appreciated. I have also noticed on occasion - as I've walked thru the store to complete my three mile walk, that he practices this on a daily basis.Bravo, Todd ?????? just what customers need, we appreciate you ?Best Regards, bjcarter

The store is clean and very well stocked. They were putting out all the new spring styles. Plenty of staff and they were all ready to help. The dressing rooms were nice and well lit. The shoe selection was fantastic. Macy's never fails to make your shopping trip perfect. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Lots of options, reasonable prices, and good customer care overall among the available staff. It would be even better to have a couple of more people who could walk around or greet people.

First time for my shopping-in-person at Macy's in 5 years. I have to say I am a bit disappointed. There are 2 Macy's at FairOak Mall, and I went to the one selling furniture, bedding and kitchenwares first, and it was extremely messy. Maybe because lots of holidays sales and shoppers, and under staff ?? Another Macy's is not that great either. These 2 Macy's are not what I remember the Macy's 5 years' ago.

Where have all the people gone??!There is no floor staff to speak of, and a lack of customers shopping. Online shopping is surely taking its toll on these places. Sadly...

It's great to see Macy's still going strong. All of the associates were courteous and eager to assist. A clean environment and a great destination for our mall trip.

Terrible customer service. I get it. I was a last last minute customer ( 8:45 ) I made a quick stop because I work in the mall and I was just getting off at work. I was rushed to the register after selecting my items. Needless to say, they were already counter the drawers to close. I’m more than certain that’s against policy , for safety reasons. Furthermore, as I was making my way out the store ( I went the wrong way to the wrong escalator) the MOD (British accent African American ) lady told me “ we’re closed you NEED to leave “. Woah. I was flabbergasted. Since when do we rush customers out of the store. Im a general manager at one of the stores in the mall and in all my years of retail experience I have NEVER told a customer they need to leave. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that your team takes the necessary actions to investigate this. I wonder how many people she’s said this too and nobody has spoken up. If you don’t like your job, find another one. As a manger, it’s your job to ensure you have happy customers and that YOU as the manager exceed all expectations. Terrible management.

A feel like Macy's has gone downhill. It used to be a nice place to shop, but over the last few years I find things are in disarray and with empty shelves. I think a big part is that there aren't enough workers to make sure all is in proper order.

I was in the store today. One of the employees when to find a price on a toy. She came back with a different amount for the toy. After it was wrong up . It was not put into my bag. So either they kept for themselves. I looked in my vehicle stay can't locate the toy. I tried to call the store . One on pickup.
