Theresa hung up on me multiple times. The issue was very easy to fix, once I was able to speak to a customer service representative. Instead of handling a call, and working on the issue. This girl resorts to just hanging up on customers. Though the issue was resolved. I will not be continuing service after my payment expires, because I don't pay to be hung up on and unable to resolve issues.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, so bad I had to record the interaction. I’m generally empathetic since I work in the service industry but this was beyond uncalled for. Metro pcs doesn’t currently have a corporate # but when it does I’ll definitely be reporting this location to them. If these people are behind the counter you might just wanna turn back around. I was told “they could be having a bad day” but that doesn’t justify denying someone service.

If you have some questions or you need some help with you provider, please don’t go to this location. The guy with long hair is extremely rude, he doesn’t want to answer any of your questions and also complaining that he doesn’t have time. No respect at all. I just don’t understand him, why he can’t be polite and patient, what is the problem of that.

Rich has been my contact at this store not only did he help me transfer my contacts when I got a new phone but he also help my husband with his new headphones he is always so positive and ready to find the best deal for each customer. Thanks!

They resell refurbished phones. A new phone should not have display problems.
