Stopped in to purchase some picture frames. For some reasons I couldn’t access the emails from Michaels that contain coupons. I flagged a guy named Shawn/Sean? expressing my frustration and he patiently help me access the website to locate a coupon. Top service!

I'm like a man in this shop. I come in & out quickly once or twice a year. I always find what I'm looking for bc I buy the same gifty items. Convenient and large selection.

Store isn’t that bad. Doesn’t have as much as Joanne fabrics has. But that’s not that bad. The story is older. My main problem is it’s really not clean like the bathrooms are real really yucky and have brown things on the walls near toilet. When I am shopping here if I need to use the bathroom I leave and go to Micro Center and then come back. It’s really that gross.
