Very unhappy with recent visit. Took MacBook Pro in for a service as battery is running flat very quickly. Was made to wait 25 minutes after appointment time and 2 people who came in after me were seen before me. Tech insisted on ripping the back protective cover off of the computer to get the serial number even though the serial number is available in the Apple About section of the computer and was listed in my appointment information. Tech was snarky and rude to us. Instructions were hard to follow and incorrect on how to unlock computer. Tech insisted I give him my password. Was charged $40 and then told that the battery is operating fine. Five days late, the computer is still running flat in an hour, the computer is hot, and the fan is continuously running. Micro Center charged me $40 and gave me nothing in return. Will not return.

This place helped me get my first computer. The place is vibrant and nice but wayyyyyy too expensive. Come here if you have money to spare.

I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go

This was a great find. I am very new to 3D printing. I found Micro Center online and decided to make the 2 hour drive for the purpose of purchasing a new printer and supplies. I could not be happier with my experience. The salesperson Jay was very well versed on the product, listened intently to what I thought I needed and took adequate time to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Everyone I encountered in the store was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely make the two-hour drive anytime I need supplies. I received bad customer service. Their sign-in ipad was malfunctioning and they made me wait longer than I needed to. Instead of helping customers on a first come first serve basis they helped people behind me and ignored me when I told them of the broken sign-in device. I do not recommend spending money with this company . Horrible customer service.

They don't suck, good prices and great selection and you don't have to wait for shipping. The service department is good, still happy with this store even after 15 years.

Although the store is a bit of a hike from our home, we drove in to buy a gaming desktop that was on sale. The store is well organized and was not super busy. The customer service was good and the salesman helped us find the desktop we needed and brought it to us and placed it in our shopping cart from the warehouse. The checkout line was pretty long, but we were done in about 10-15 minutes, all in all not a bad experience.

I had the all-time greatest customer service experience of my life at this Micro Center. Jiri Strakos quite literally saved my family's Thanksgiving holiday, and I am eternally grateful. I was dealing with a fiasco with my work laptop, and urgently needed assistance. I was in good hands with Jiri's deep knowledge and professional demeanor. If he hadn't helped me rectify the problem, my broken laptop issue would have derailed my entire Thanksgiving week plans. I am so very grateful that he intervened! I have to say, customer service at other computer stores like Best Buy and Staples simply cannot compare to Micro Center.

Micro Center has the largest and most diverse selection of computer components in this area! You can find a huge selection of Motherboards, Processors, Hard Drives, Memory, Cases, Fans as well as Power Supplies. They carry everything from the most popular and expensive to the little known "new kid" on the block so to speak. Micro Center also has a huge selection of Apple products and accessories. I especially love the free offers they send out periodically for me and my friends. You can't go wrong at the Micro Center! Everything under one roof! Thanks Micro Center!

I ask a simple question at the service department " if guarantee can be executed at the register" and the associate named Johan told me to go to the register and find out if not come back here( at risk to lose my position in line) The way how he said it make feel embarrassed on from of at least 6 customer, customer service he provide was very poor extremely rude attitude

Ordered a laptop battery from them online and had wife pick it up. why I went to open it, it was ready open and I paid for a new battery. i immediately called and spoke to someone and was told a manager would reach out to me and here we are 2 weeks later and still no return call. FYI their customer service SUCKS
