This location is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a mechanic be rude to me and when I spoke to a manager he just brushed me off. First and last time at this location.

I recently visited the Midas Fairfax location due to a problem with my car's wipers, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. Upon entering the office, I could see two men through a door on the right, leading to the workshop. One wore a Midas top, and the other was a mechanic. Despite making eye contact, neither of them made any effort to step into the office or ask if I needed assistance.
After standing there for a frustrating 18 minutes, another individual entered the office. He completely ignored my presence and began working on the computer without even a glance in my direction. When I finally said “hello,” he didn’t bother to look up.
The sheer disrespect and lack of basic courtesy displayed by the staff were shocking and disheartening. These men seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to a waiting customer. Such a blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable, and I will certainly not recommend Midas Fairfax to anyone. Respect and kindness are paramount, qualities that this staff sorely lacked.

Utilized this facility on more than one occasion. All the staff was very friendly and the car repairs were completed in a timely manner. Shane was especially helpful. He seems to have a good rapport with the customers and he is very helpful and patient with all the questions he gets asked. A good attitude can go a long way in a business. Thanks Shane!

Iv called lots of store to get my oil changed and stores like jiffy lube Valvoline all were charging above the price for example they all charged 130.00 to 150.00$ for synthetic oil!! When I called Midas they said we change 75.00$ you can't beat that in Fairfax County this place will always have my business!!

I’ve been visiting this shop for years but the recent service they made to our car was disappointing. Seven days ago, we brought our Ford Escape 2014 for oil change. we paid $74. Then the next day, we noticed an oil leaking near the right front tire. I brought the car back on Monday, but on my way to their shop, engine fault service now suddenly showed up on the screen. I still went to the shop and told the guy what happened. To make the story short, we ended up paying $819 for testing the coolant system for leaks, diagnostic, and removing and replacing the water pump. The guy said he was going to give me a discount but we still paid the same amount. After we picked up the car, My husband drove the car to his work. but on his way back to the house, the car ran from 45 to 10 mph. He managed to come home safe, but we haven’t touched the car ever since. I called the office for inquiry on Thursday, The guy told me that he needs to see the car but to be honest part of me is scared of bringing it there because of uncertainty and the cost. Plus we need a tow truck to carry the car to the shop.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, Ford Escape 2013, got refused by the worker(5 pm March 1st 24), when mentioned promo,from their page( synthetic blend oil change for 29.99$). As a guy with an "expert like" voice said, it takes only full Synthetic oil. So here is the Ford manual picture that it's not! Waste of time, avoid that place by all means!!!

Tried to charge me $175 to change a light bulb ? I went down the street to auto zone and paid a guy $50 bucks to do it. Rip off.

I called yesterday to confirm my appointment request was received. Shane and his team were hospitable first thing on a Saturday morning. They completed the oil change in a timely manner and informed me of a repair that was required, which h confirmed what I knew I needed to fix. Shane and his team earned my loyalty... I'll be back with this and my other car for minor maintenance!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30 pm. I arrived on time and signed the job order. I didn't expect it to take long, but in order to give them plenty of time I went for lunch next door. My lunch took an hour and a half. By the time I was back expecting the job to be done they hadn't even started. I decided to cancel and go, I'll go to another Midas location next week. It's a simple enough job and it's not like it's cheap. I trust Midas, but not at this location.
