Doctor on the minute clinic very rude and appointment times are not respected, second time I have to come with an appointment and waited over 30 minutes after my scheduled time.

They were 20 minutes late for my appointment, every single link they sent me for pre-check in or waiting room notif took me to their website's home page instead of the intended service, then they scheduled my follow up on a day that they are closed (I didn't know they were closed Sundy til I got here bc I was getting automated messages to come in) and their call center has a robot who can't understand what you are saying. Employees seemed understaffed with zero buffer between patients as well which leads to mistakes, I entirely blame CVS' system and not the person who serviced me. 2 stars bc the person who serviced me was very personable and completed the service well.
Photos show my appointment time, the 7 day service promised on my receipt, and the contradictory hours on google maps which I admit I forgot to check bc I assumed if I was scheduled for a day they would be open.

Was seen for an appointment. Was given a prescription that they said they’d call in. They asked for the specific pharmacy and I gave them all of that information. My prescription was never called in and the clinic was closed for the day by then. So I have to now wait until tomorrow to HOPEFULLY be able to start taking some medication to feel better. Who just FORGETS to call in their patients prescription?

They canceled my appointment while I was checking in then refused to help me and insisting I use the self serve kiosk despite it not having my option. No one came to help and the pharmacy actually refused to help me. The staff are useless and the service is aggressive, DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy trash service and have nothing better to apart from waste time.

I had an appointment today to get my second shingles vaccination. I arrived about 5 minutes late and went immediately to the vaccination sign at the pharmacy. This was the process for my first shingles vaccination. After waiting 10 minutes, I was informed that i need to go to the Minute Clinic area. I promptly went there and signed in. After waiting about 10 minutes, another man came in and signed in. After approximately 20 minutes, the nurse came out after treating another patient and called the man who 1) clearly did not have an appointment and 2) came later than me. I indicated to the nurse that I had an appointment and she looked completely confused. I promptly left: if Minute Clinic at CVS/Nutley cannot get simple booking and customer service, there is no way I am letting them give me an injection.

NP Bostick is amazing! I wish I could see her as my regular GP. I was brought to the back within minutes of arriving. She is very knowledgeable and great with kids; she goes above and beyond in her care. I will be back!

My Dr. today was Hira Masood. In shorts words, horrible experience! This is my last time I am using Minute Clinic! There are at least two types of medical examiners in my experience of being a CDL driver. First type, they are looking for every minor and microscopic reason to fail you. Second, is examiners who understand that you are human being and our bodies are not perfect. Unfortunately, Dr. Masood is in first category. If you want to deal with a robot with no feelings or compassion towards a patient, skip and don't read my review.Good luck!

I walked in, typed my info into the kiosk, was seen immediately for a PPD test. Great experience, it could not have been more simple. Thanks!

It was the worst experience I could receive here in the United States, the worst attention, they didnt explain anything to me about the procedure , and I got the worst adverse effects, I am still making my claim for the negligence they committed, and they still do not give me a solution.

Sad that I have to leave this review because I usually have a good experience here. but this has to be said, because whoever the pharmacist was that was working on 10/21/19 at 8pm at the Nutley st. location in Fairfax is either lazy or stupid. They refused to fill a prescription for a glucometer and test strips because the pharmacist could not read the prescription. When I read it to him word for word - because I'm a physician and I can understand the terminology- they still did not fill the prescription. Went across the street to the Walgreens and they filled it without hesitation. Don't bother coming here, they can't read.
