Steer clear of the Minute Clinic here! I scheduled a vaccine and confirmed the appt via SMS same day. I got there 5 min late and went to the pharmacy (my mistake). The pharm people directed me right next door to the minute clinic. The place was not orderly nor organized. Finally found someone to check in and she replied you’re 10 min late and it’s my lunch break now. The Pharmacy closes at 1.30 as well but it was 1.20. I was disappointed but needed a few other things and shopped around. I looked back in and noticed that she (Renee Keith) was doing other things like taking trash out and working, not eating lunch. Plus she had the Seeing a patient sign up on the door instead of the out to lunch one.I confronted her to ask why she didn’t provide me with my health care needs. She indicated that I was late and had to eat lunch. The appt could have taken place without any time issues and my health care needs met except for someone who in her words needed to teach me a lesson. Health Care Professional of the Year! She put the trash in front of a patient’s well being. I guess the lesson is to never to use these folks again and make people aware.

Filled out everything then it says the time I selected wasn’t available. No one at the front desk. Minute Clinic should be renamed HaphazardClinic.

HORRENDOUS store. Racist loss prevention people in kakis and polos trailing me all over the store acting a fool. If you want to feel like a criminal try shopping here if you are black or hispanic. I wont ever shop here or get meds here ever again! These loss prevention folks are embarrassingly novice. Kids in kakis & polo's chasing around people of color out of the store. Fake shopping but stalking you all over the store. No thanks.

11/19/22 After getting dinner from Vivi Bubble Tea,I remembered I needed to pick up some antihistamine medication. Luckily I came across some Claritin non-drowsy 24 hour medication. I recently broke out in hives and this medication helped keep me from literally scratching the skin off my body. This store is one I do not visit very often, but it sue came in handy yesterday on my way home. This store was well stocked and organized. Black santas greeted me at the door. This time around while visiting a CVS Pharmacy, I saw no left over Halloween items. I did see there is a doggie Mobile for ffg dogs to get their hair cut. Maybe cats too. An odd play for this set up, but a good place too.I saw The Minute Clinic was open fir business and the song I Need A Doctor came into my head. I did not sing the lyrics out loud.It had been a long day, but this store will be one I stop by at should I need something else in this location. Oh!, and the associate I meet helped me with getting my discount since I have been having issues with my CVS Card. Thank you for the help man.

It's nothing exciting. Yet they do have the box of water, that's more interesting than bottled water. No worries as they have those too, along with sodas and beers. Occasionally CVS will have great sales on allergy medications. That's when I'm especially happy. They also can have deals on store brand Advils and the like. This one can be a little busy. That's due to its location. Yet they do have a drive thru pharmacy. That alone can save time. It's a place to grab a few odds and ends, although for bulk Wally World and other retailers are cheaper. On a plus nice employees and a clean CVS.

I'm grateful for the help of Dr.Lottie for checking results for my Tuberculosis test. A different cvs minute-clinic in the area closed the morning of my appointment, therefore canceling it (I received an email about my appointment cancellation). I needed someone to check my TB results, and if it weren't for the cvs minute-clinic on Prosperity Ave I would have had to redo the test completely. Thank you Dr.Lottie for making my appointment happen!

Worst Pharmacy I've been to. Looks like many feel the same checking reviews here. DO NOT GO HERE. My doctor accidentally sent to wrong CVS. Anyway, hijab wearing counter person was nice but the pharmacist was just rude and didn't want to be bothered with. I was just asking this pharmacist if insurance was applied because of high price. And she was rude, unfriendly, didn't want to be bothered....basically said go check with your insurance and then she just throws my prescription on the back desk. I ended up calling my doctor to send another prescription to Giant instead. And Giant pharmacist there was so friendly and even advised me of using GoodRx instead for additional discount... and ended up paying around $8. Otherwise, at this lousy CVS Pharmacy, I would have paid $190.BTW, I tried to call CVS later to cancel that prescription more than 5 times...but no one picked up. Anyway, I'm sure they are busy but still that is just very poor customer service. I don't plan to change my pharmacy, CVS, because where I go normally are nice people. If only my doctor didn't accidentally send my prescription to this wrong cvs, would have been better day.One more thing....as I've over heard waiting. Lady front of me asked of her prescriptions that she called in yesterday. This same pharmacist said we don't have the order and questioning her if she did call in. And that it'll be done hour later. Either they are short-handed and too busy....or just not very responsible.

I’ve gone twice this past year because I was feeling sick/sore throat and the NP Lottie Brewer was phenomenal. She took her time with me and gave me recommendations for medications afterwards (as well walked me over to show me the medicine in the CVS). On top of an excellent nurse practitioner the area was clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this minute clinic in the area !

Could not be worse. They give appointments and walk ins but treat all the same. So if someone theoretically comes in and has no appointment but they check in before you and have a rather complex case, they will see that person first and make you wait for a one minute flu shot. Happened to me twice in a period of two weeks. They have one screen to sign in and have a bunch of useless "helpers" running around asking to assist you but they can't really do anything to help you.The concierge person was cool letting mestand for an extended period even though I told her I was in bed rest. Then she proceeds to tell me that next time I should schedule it through the pharmacy but since I'm already there and checked in I should just stay the course. After I had been there for 15 minutes, I wasn't interested in waiting any longer.

Clinic does not accept walk-ins. Go to Patient First down the road instead. The waiting room was empty and the monitor showed "Not Present" next to all the upcoming appointments but they sent me away.If it's appointments only, just say so. Policies change, I get it. But the concierge wouldn't say one way or the other, so I ended up waiting for nothing. A lot of misunderstandings are avoidable by being honest.

I actually didn't visit. 2 stars because I wasn't able to get past the corporate 800 number and talk to a real person in the clinic. I'll stick with the other local urgent cares where you can talk to a person right away.
