I still like this Walmart better then any other Walmart. They have good selection.It's because i saw terrible experience at dulles landing dr. ( south riding) location walmart.I bought food and eat... then I got sick few times.( stomachache, gastric, diarrhea)I wrote a lot about dulles landing( south riding ) locations WalmartDon't work this store your career will scratched terribly and blame by poor management. The two workers that were working at self checkout around 7pm on september 28th were quite honestly racially profiling me while i was scanning my items. I had just started to scan my items when they both started coming up to me every minute to ask me if I had scanned an item and accused me of stealing with the snarkiest attitude before even finishing my transaction. It's disgusting that you let people like this work at retail stores. I worked 3 years in retail and know how to properly treat people with respects I went to the Ulta right after and told the worker about my experience and she said she's also experienced that behavior at this walmart. Not a coincidence that the ulta worker was also a latina woman like me, fuck this walmart.

Horrific experience! I went with a cashier to get a price check on a beauty item I was about to purchase. The elderly Asian woman working in the beauty department confirmed that the price was not correct and the cashier in a very demeaning and racist way responded to the older Asian woman. I was so upset with how she spoke to her and handled the situation that I left my items and walked out of the store. I tried to contact a manager to follow up with the situation and no one could be reached. It is down right upsetting to me that this type of behavior is tolerated!

My review is as an ex-employee: I was hired here as a seasonal worker (I thought I was hired for full-time work). Anyway, I have a few things to say about this Walmart. During my time at this store, I worked hard. I was part of the maintenance staff and was part of the crew that is responsible for cleaning the store. During my time there, I developed a system that allowed the store to cut an estimated 50% or work time cleaning under the gondolas and was recognized by the store's Marketing Manager for my innovative thinking. You can see my pic posted on the internal forum. I got the store recognized. On November 25th, I was assaulted by another employee and maintained my cool while reporting the incident. By December 24th, they let all the temporary workers go. You know who they didn't let go, John, the guy who assaulted me in front of Walmarts camera. I'm on the verge of becoming homeless now and this guy continues to get paid. I guess the reward for having the store recognized and improving its efficiency is death. White privilege

I purchased an Acer PC in October at a decent price. The salesperson knew zero about computers, but I had done my research. The PC has three major problems: 1. It comes with a prominent Acer phone number asking the consumer to call them, not the retail store. I called a few days after my purchase and, after the usual round of voicemail prompts and a long time finding some sort of purchase number on the packaging (not the serial number) in order to continue, I got a voicemail. It told me that my service period had lapsed (!) and I was directed t to a fee-based information line outside of Acer. 2. The PC and Windows are packed with intrusive ads. I've been trying to eliminate them, but working in this areas is risky for non-geeks. 3. The entire "Contacts" software is defective. The Search field doesn't work; I had to find a workaround. Once in Search, you can't go directly back to Contacts, or add new contacts. I had to build another workaround. Conclusion: Don't buy another Acer product.

My foot nails were sloppy and the nail polish were outside my nails. They scratched my foot and left me mark and what I spend was not worth it coming to this horrible place. I don't recommend this place to do your nails.

Has a better selection then the lee highway Walmart. Heavy white male manager is EXTREMELY creepy. Followed my girlfriend and I around and stared at her boobs and butt multiples times. Very obvious and very creepy. Also customer service is rude. I would rather deal with a smaller selection then this place.

Don't go here if you aren't willing to rung up your own items. They usually only have one or two registers open and they are staffed with the slowest clerks they have. It is actually painful to watch them work.

This is the worst shopping experience ever. Rude employees are deployed with these massive carts so they can fill 16 orders. These cars occupy better than half an aisle but it doesn't matter when these employees leave them mid aisle while they go hunting and pecking for items to scan and toss into one of the 20 bins housed on these carts. There are so many of these robot shoppers that it is impossible for customers to shop. We chose to leave it is so bad. The employees manning these carts push customers aside so they can fill those bins and go stick them in a cubicle for someone to pick up in 4 hours. This store is beyond hope and mismanaged. While in the produce section, we overheard a woman saying that she was looking forward to shopping when she arrived but after two minutes in this store she was ready to murder everyone in Centreville. Two minutes later, we completely understood!

This place is a joke. No customer service you can't ever find a manager on site. They never answer the phone!! I ordered patio cushions and they cancelled half the order bc were not in stock. So I asked if they could check to see if they had two at another store. Nobody knew how?? Waited 30 mins for a manager then she said she needed to get a manager?? I left and called. Finally got a manager who said he could help me cancel the order. I asked for a confirmation number to be sure it was cancelled and he said I'd get an email. 3 days later I got an email saying thanks fir picking up your items!!! Oh I forgot, the items they had were all stained! Now I'm calling and No answer after an hour! Nobody there knows or cares what they are doing!!

Worst customer service ever- bought an item from Walmart.com and returned it to the store today 03/23/2021- the clerk, Sheda, made me walk across Walmart to the other side of the super-center to purchase a box to put the merchandise in- I explained to her that the directions didn't ask me to package the merchandise but she kept arguing and repeating herself that any returned Walmart.com returned merchandise has to be packaged before returning. when I asked her to give me one of the empty boxes laying next to her, she refused stating she is using them- there were plenty of them- After I bought the box and came back she was gone and there was a new clerk there. I asked her why they make us buy new boxes while they have plenty sitting there, she said they were free for anyone to use. Sheda was rude and lied about the boxes being used just to waste my time not so much the money as the box was less than a $1.

I try avoid coming here unless it's something Only available here because it has horrible customer. For example, I needed help to locate something, first person told me they didn't have a scanner and asked me to walk around to find someone who does. Second person told me if the website said unknown that means they don't have it. I said but it doesn't say out of stock. She said it's the same thing. I know for a fact that it doesn't mean the same thing bc I had experienced it before. My point is, they didn't even bother to help

I notice the reviews for Walmart are poor. Something is terribly wrong. I ordered prints on line, got a notice they were ready. I dropped by on the way home; the photo center is near the center of the building, back wall--long walk. I waited around, back and forth to front and back of the store 3 times,spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get prints and left with nothing. This store is hopeless

Today the employees took my cart 3 times in row every time i stocked with items to buy. I went to bday deco section to choose bday stuff and when i got back stuff in my cart were gone. The near by employee had all my stuff in their cart and continued to stare at me as i pass in anger as they knew they took it. Not a single word of is this yours, they know it was them who took it bc the cart was still there but not the items. Therefore i forgot to buy couple thinge on the list and had to reshop. They were like towing truck rats waiting for you to leave to search so they can take your item away when your not looking for xouple min. Guess what the employees dont even know where a damn straw is nor understand what straw is. I know some are being racist because one time all i said was excuse me and they auto responded "no english" sounded to me just like lazy employee trying to ignore question before asked.
