“I am writing this review of Peace Home Lending, Jeremy Harridath, the founder and CEO, and Amy Alonge, Mortgage Loan Advisor because in my opinion they are the absolute best at what they do, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with their mortgage financing.
I had the extremely good fortune to learn about Peace Home Lending from some mortgage broker friends who were not licensed to work in Washington DC. They surveyed their professional contacts and identified Peace Home Lending as a high quality mortgage broker serving the DC area.
When I contacted Peace Home Lending I met Jeremy Harridath the owner of company. He impressed me with his knowledge, his friendly manner, and his commitment to find the best product to meet my needs. At the time I was refinancing my home, and Jeremy found a lender offering 2.9% for a 30 year fixed mortgage. Jeremy introduced me to Amy Alonge, his Mortgage Loan Advisor extraordinaire, who guided me through the process of collecting and submitting all the required materials and dealing with the lender and other parties. When it came time for closing I was out of the country, and Amy went way above and beyond and actually went to our home to assist and guide my husband through the process.
The service and the results were so good that I recommended Peace Home Lending to my neighbor, who also refinanced his home and reduced his payment by $2,000 per month!
More recently I was looking for a HELOC to pay off some consumer debt. Jeremy listened and then searched and found a lender and a product that met my needs and the entire process, including an appraisal, was completed in less than 30 days.
