A general manager helped fix backup glasses. When a promotional price was misunderstood, the office called and lowered the cost beyond the promotional price, showing responsiveness and willingness to make things right. A thorough eye exam was thoughtful, with staff explaining every step. Patients choose the right pair with help from friendly staff.
