They sale house without property inspection
They all the time stay with the seller never with the buyers they approve to buy a house without correct inspection never check whole house with correct time ….
Buy a house like this with main drain broken ….at house embarrassment especially the Agent ……never help the buyers ……

Ikram Chata is realtor from this company or the owner I am not sure but he has a company who bought houses remodel and sell but the houses are terrible,I bought one of this and a lot thing are really bad,the floor ,the plumbing,glass shower fell down, The floors are uneven,please don’t trust in this men and his remold company name is in the picture. I am writing this review because he has stops deceiving people.

I had a great time with Rami. He was very patient with me and helped me a ton with negotiating the price of the property. He also helped me find an inspector and helped make sure everything was fixed before I bought the home. If im ever looking for home again i will go strait to Rami.

My family and I were severely misled by NBI Agent IP regarding a property we purchased in MD. The listing said the house was completely renovated and remodeled but the Agent never mentioned the many undisclosed deficiencies, we are taking the repairs one at a time and by the end will have spent 10's of thousands of dollars. I would stay away.
