Great service all around. Anne was helpful with the scheduling and assisted me when I had to reschedule because of rain. Both of the movers were polite and professional. A tiny little shelf peg fell off my headboard during the move. It is about the size of a thumbtack. It wasn't their fault that it fell out. They offered to replace it and I said don't worry about it. Nevertheless, they searched the back of the truck and found it. Ben then placed it back on the headboard. I will definitely hire this company again.

The only company to respond to my inquiry, and they responded immediately on a Saturday! Very professional, fair, fast, reliable, and efficient. Had them move a 430 LB aquarium from my garage to my living room. Would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommended. Ben was great!

NOVA EXPRESS MOVERS helped us move twice and both moves were excellent. From the very beginning of the process Jaime was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our first crew of Rashad, Miguel, Robert, Johnathan and Michael went above and beyond to make it a good experience. Same team were also hardworking, accommodating and professional. We had a great experience with NOVA EXPRESS MOVERS. Robert, Johnathan and Rashad were a solid team and worked super hard to get our job done early! They were so kind and friendly, especially with my four year old son who loved to help. They wrapped everything very well and made sure it was handled with care. I needed to move from a second story apartment to a two-story condo. Jaime and Miguel were fast, friendly and careful with the furniture. They had all the furniture secured, driven across town and into the new place within two hours. They were a delight to work with, everything moved safely and I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable movers.

We made a last minute reservation for movers to help us unload our packed 26 ft moving truck from an out of state move. Rashad, Johnathan and Robert were our crew and they were great. Great service! This company has proven to be professional, efficient and great to work with consistently! I was referred by my daughter who said they were great...they are! We used them on two different days for offloading our Pods. They are professional, knowledgable, efficient and great to work with! And each move was followed by a call from the office to ensure the move went well. Highly recommend!

We had a cross-town move and it couldn't have gone any better. They came to the house, did a walk through and quoted a good price. Other moving companies did a quote over the phone. On moving day Robert, Johnathan and Jaime showed up on time, were friendly and efficient. They wrapped the door frames, laid cover on the floors at both the old and new homes. No damage to the houses furniture or boxes. Overall super satisfied and HIGHLY recommend NOVA EXPRESS MOVERS.
