Service keeps getting worse and worse. Lots of mysterious malfunctions with card readers on the gas pumps and air hoses and vacuums. Refuse to give change. Forcing you to use your card if you need to use either the air pump or the vacuum.

Multiple pumps had card reader issues so be ready to go inside to pay. When I let the employee know that I had tried multiple pumps and none of them would read the card, he didn't care. Signs could be put on the pumps that can't read magnetic strips so consumers are aware to not use those pumps if its difficult for them to go in store to pay.

Broken, tells you to go inside and prepay, guy doesn’t tell you if it’s just that lane or if they all require prepay just asks how much you want. Fix it.

Very unfortunate I have to change my review as I have been coming here for years dealing with Peggy who was an absolute joy to work with. Finally thought I had found a trustable mechanic until I came in on a day that she wasn't working. Had to deal with Daniel. This guy tried to charge me $100 more than the quote I had received a few days prior. He honestly gave my wife and I the run around to as why, although it was clear he just wasn't happy with the originally quoted price. Nothing he said made sense, or atleast it wasn't how their paperwork and/or billing was set up! I had a price/writeup for services in writing and there was no way to change that now that the work was done!! His resolution if we wanted to pay the price initially quoted was for him to take out the part they just installed!!! Like we would let him touch our car after getting into a screaming match with us! He finally said we could pay what we were initially told but we were never to come back!
Again, such a shame as Peggy was great and we were loyal customers for years.
Not sure who he is, where he came from, or who he thinks he is, but you cannot yell and treat people like he did. He certainly doesn't have any care or concern for his customers. They just lost life long customers over $100. It sure feels like there were many other ways to resolve this situation and as a manager or whatever he claimed to be, it's a concerning look for their long term business success! The Asian guy that works as customers service is very rude, I been coming many years ther , a lady was there was very nice, This guy is terrible, he should be fired he treat clients by color
