Patient First Primary and Urgent Care, founded in 1981, offers a range of medical services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Their services include urgent care, primary care, and occupational health, as well as telehealth options available from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays. Patients have consistently praised the staff and physicians at Patient First for their attentive care, patience, and ability to address their concerns. The nurses, doctors, and medical professionals are described as having great bedside manners, being gentle, and thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. Patients appreciate the convenience of the walk-in service, the quick turnaround for tests and prescriptions, and the overall positive experience. Despite occasional long wait times, especially during busy periods, the majority of patients have had a positive experience at Patient First, with many expressing their satisfaction and willingness to return or recommend the clinic to others in need of urgent or primary care services.
