Sean at performance towing blew my mind with the service he provides! I was stranded on 66 and I called him to drop me off 45 mins away and within 12 mins he arrived and my car was on his truck ready to go! If I could put more stars I would! Definitely a customer for life!

Sean was so great with helping me get my car out of the road. He was quick to get to the scene only taking about 10 minute tops and he even offered to give me a ride to Arlington because he declared he never leaves a costumer behind. Thank you so much Sean!

Sean initially seemed like a reliable operator, and we agreed on a flat repo fee of $300. He completed a few repossessions for us without issue. However, a few months ago, after repossessing a Nissan Frontier, he claimed his truck was damaged during the process, allegedly by the owner who jumped into the Frontier and put it in reverse. Sean demanded $650 for the supposed damages. We made it clear that we would not be responsible or liable for any damages to his truck while he was conducting his business. Sean didn’t take this well and mentioned that he had videos of the incident. However, when we requested a copy of these videos, he refused to provide them. Due to his uncooperative behavior, we stopped giving him further business. About a month ago, Sean contacted us again, stating that work was slow and politely asking if we could continue doing business with him. After some consideration, we decided to give him another chance. We sent him a repo order on 09/03/2024, which he accepted with professionalism and enthusiasm. He successfully recovered the vehicle that night. However, when he brought the vehicle to us the next morning, he presented a bill for $950, a significant deviation from our agreed-upon $300 fee. When confronted about this, he rudely claimed that since nothing was in writing, we could find someone else to handle our repossessions. We were stunned by his sudden change in attitude—from courteous to confrontational. It’s now clear that Sean deceived us by pretending to seek work while planning to recoup the $650 he previously demanded for the alleged damages. Moreover, we had already spoken to the owner of the Frontier, who stated he had the key and wasn’t even present at the time of the repossession, completely refuting Sean’s claim.

Sean came to my rescue on the side of the road and changed my tire when I couldn’t get the lug nuts loose. He even left his dad’s bday dinner to come help me out! This company goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, and I thought I was doomed. Luckily Sean answered my call, offered me an extremely reasonable price, and was able to tow my car to the shop within an hour! He was also unbelievably friendly and professional! Strongly recommend!

I could not be more pleased with these guys.i called for a tow for my lifted dually and to top it off it was in the middle of rush our traffic. I had call s couple other tow companies and they either said no or gave a restarted eta. I found Performance towing and due to their reviews and their location I gave them a call and explain my situation. The dispatcher said no problem more than 45 minutes play we're not only on location but had my truck loaded. The service was exceptional the prices were reasonable I would definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional and deceitful. They asked for a rate $250 and when they dropped off the car they increased the price to $320 and threatened to have the car impounded if we do not pay the new rate. Do not use this car service.
