I took my very simple necklace to get shortened, which I was told I could do with no issue. I was given a one week time frame and when I called almost 2 weeks later I was told, “if we haven’t called you, it’s not ready,” and not very nicely. When I eventually went to pick it up, the necklace was shortened but completely uneven. The pendant is now one inch to the side and not at all centered. I asked and was told “that’s just the way it goes.” When I left I noticed the chain attachment to the pendant had been replaced and was yellow gold on a white gold necklace. It did not match the other side and was completely discolored. I returned to the store and they stated they did not touch that part of the necklace, when it was clear it had been poorly changed. They offered to fix it at my expense. When I looked more closely I noticed there was a lot of discoloring through out the necklace. I was told that is was an issue with the base color of the necklace and had nothing to do with the work they had done. I have worn this necklace for years, 24/7, in water, etc. and there have never been any issues. I took it to get fixed and it came back uneven, discolored, damaged and poorly reassembled. I would take your jewelry somewhere else.

Today we found an amazing jeweler that out of pure kindness fixed a ring my grandmother gave me that I had knocked a stone out of almost a decade ago thanks to a printer jam at work. I had asked a separate jeweler about it and was basically dismissed because he "didn't fix silver jewelry." Which also surprised me because my grandmother always bought gold so in the same visit I learned she'd been swindled.He didn't have a perfect match cut but he popped a different one in a matter of minutes while we chatted with Maria.He also managed to stretch my husband's"unsizeable" wedding band up a whole size.He also freed me from my rings that had been stuck that Jared's had said go to the ER or the fire dept to get off.John is truly a diamond in the rough who designs the vast majority of all his jewelry... today was a much needed reminder of how important it is to support small businesses.

Dropped my ring off when the sapphire popped out. They quoted me a very reasonable price to rebuild the prongs and service was quick and fantastic! I asked them if they could design a wedding ring to match, and when I came to pick up my ring, they had a wax cast ready for me to look at and try on! It was a perfect match for my ring, and i cant wait to submit the order! We will definitely be coming here to get our rings custom made!

I recently had my wedding band repaired here and would highly recommend anyone needing jewelry repair to stop in. The quote was right on and the timing was exactly what they estimated. Excellent work, VERY satisfied customer.

I went here based on positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I was hoping to sell some jewelry, but instead had an old earring turned into a beautiful ring. The jeweler made a recommendation and the ring was done earlier than expected and at a great price. When my husband and I went in to pick it up they even cleaned our wedding bands and wrapped up my new ring for Christmas. Wonderful service, friendly, and amazing work. Will definitely be returning for any future jewelry services. Thanks!

Disgusting staff and terrible service, not only did they scam me on the price, they also scammed me on the service! Sized my ring down and guaranteed it would be a 6 and it’s not even a 6! They held my ring in the shop for 11 days for a 2 day service and it was still not right! It took for me to tell them I was taking my ring elsewhere in order for them to even get it started 11 days later! The lady was disgustingly rude about it and I’ll never visit here again. If you’re thinking about it just go somewhere else this place sucks.

Absolutely terrible! 0 STARS should be an option. I came in with a size 6.5 and needed it sized down to a size 6. I was told it would be a week and then I could come pick up the ring, a week past and no call. I call 11 days after dropping the ring off and I am told that they need 3-4 more days. I started calling around to find a show that can actually fulfill my request on a their own stated deadline. I called Personal Touch Jewelers back and requested they don't work on the item but they said they already started working on it and that I can pick it up at the end of the day and it will be ready ( how did it go from 3-4 days to the end of the day???) when I arrived with my wife the ring was NOT ready and we had to wait another 45 minutes when the ring did finally come IT DID NOT FIT. IT WAS NOT A SIZE 6. We tried to show that to the sales associate with a European accent who admittedly denied that the ring was still too big. We even tried the size 6 sizer that did fit and then the ring that was claimed to be a size 6 still did not. AND STILL WERE FORCED TO PAY TO BE LET OUT IF THE STORE Don't waste your time or energy trying to reason with these people they do sloppy work at best

I own two perfect rings from Personal Touch Jewelers. My Fiancé told John what he envisioned for my engagement ring, and John made it perfectly. I’ve had to have it resized, and they always have the resizing done in an efficient and timely timeframe. They estimate 10 days and I’ve been given my ring back in 3. Super understanding and accommodating folks. Maria and Sarah are equally wonderful. I always have a pleasant experience in their store.Additionally, my Fiancé had a ring made for me after my Mother just recently died. It was a sunflower ring with a citrine gemstone in the middle, as we celebrated her life in November. It was perfect. Fiancé reports John being very patient and receptive with his ideas. The engraving on the inside of the ring was perfect. I am so pleased. Please give these folks your business if you find yourself needing a jeweler. 10/10 every time.

Personal Touch was able to repair my cracked engagement ring band and place the diamond in a more secure setting. After 20 years my set looks as beautiful as the first day I wore it. Thank you!
