It was our puppies first vet visit, and she needed a few specific vaccines. The staff was fantastic and helpful, and now our pup is up to date on her vaccines. Would recommend to anyone!

The teacher was also very kind...I liked the way he treated my child sincerely. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation and kind answers.

They always go above and beyond. They listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable with your pet. Even if they are very busy they make time for you and your pet. I can’t recommend them enough and will always keep going to them. Thank you for all you do!

First time having my puppy visit the hospital based on a recommendation from my neighbor. The place was clean with courteous and timely service. Best of all, I got to see all checks and shots performed on him, unlike Banfield. I am very happy with the services at this pet hospital. Highly recommended.

Kind staff, flexible scheduling in case of emergencies. There are friendly and cheerful doctor. I also think the price is reasonable.

Been coming here for years even when we moved further away. The doctors are great and listen to any concerns fully. The supporting staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful!

They take great care of my pets. They explain things thoroughly and are reasonably priced. They also look at the pets health from a holistic perspective (like recommending certain shots that will be healthier to animal long term).

Not impressed at all. I took our sweet cat there and convinced my girlfriend to also take her dog to Pet Lovers. The doctors are nice enough but the level of care they can provide is so limited and to top it off they said they could not handle my cat which was never a problem at the vet we took her to before. After 2 times of referring me to an emergency vet where it is $200 minimum for a non emergency visit, I took our kitty to Town & Country who saw her immediately with no emergency fee. My girlfriend also displeased by the limited care offered at Pet Lovers changed vet as well for her dog Benji.

This doctors office is funny. I had credit of $160 (paid by non-profit) in my account which they told me I could use in the future. But each time I called they would tell me they had an appointment available until I gave them my dogs name. Jeez, just make sure to not keep credit on the account as you will never have the opp. to use it and they will not refund it to be used by another vet.

I'm glad I found this place. I had been shopping around because I knew my dog needed a dental and the quote we had been given from our previous vet was astronomical. I didn't expect much out of this place, but they have been fantastic. All the techs were very caring and patient with my extremely fearful Chihuahua, and the doctor allowed me to hold her and keep her calm while he examined her. They did her dental at the next visit and when the tech brought her out after, she was actually wagging her tail before she even saw me, she liked him. She did have more teeth that needed to be taken out than expected once they got in there, but they showed me said teeth and explained that not only were a couple just compromised/rotten, but most were loose. (She was actually missing several teeth when I first adopted her) so that made sense to me. She'll need to go each year and probably have more extractions because unfortunately she did not win the genetic lottery in that aspect, but I appreciate the care and relative affordability. I'll be bringing my other dog there now as well.

I appreciate that they are responsive to emails- Robert is great. And I respect that Dr. Hong takes time to speak with me to discuss questions and concerns about my dog.1) HOWEVER, they are always booked which is frustrating. Whenever my dog has an emergency, they always respond with, "we are fully booked and currently unable to have any walk-ins/emergency visits due to full capacity of scheduling patients and also being short-staffed". Do not come here if you have an emergency.2) Dr. Chun has never spoken to me after evaluating my dog, even though I've visited over half a dozen times. When I try to ask questions, he sends the technician back and forth to answer them. I highly recommend Dr. Hong- she actually cares.
