Several years I started going here because it was convenient and it had a good reputation. I am always suspect of auto repair places because it is really hard to tell if someone is feeding you a line in order for you to spend more money. Sayed and his crew have won me over and I implicitly trust what he says! confidently, I recommend him and his team.

I took my car to this workshop for the second time. The first time, when the owner was present, they did a great job. But this time, the owner was not there and the experience was a nightmare.
I only went in for a simple computer check because my engine light was on. Instead of quickly scanning it, they insisted I leave the car since “everyone was busy.” Later, they called me saying the parts alone would cost $1,200 (without labor). I told them not to do anything until I gave approval, and they agreed.
When I went back, the person I spoke with wasn’t there. Another mechanic with a very rude attitude told me I had to pay about $280 for one part they installed without my permission. I clearly said I didn’t want any repairs done, but they forced me to either pay labor or pay for the part. I asked them to remove their part, and when they did, they intentionally damaged my radiator hose. On my way home, my car overheated, leaving me stranded. I had to tow the car, missed work, and wasted money and time.
This workshop feels like a scam when the owner isn’t around. They broke my car and tried to force me into unnecessary expensive repairs. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you want to risk your car and wallet.

Brought my car in for oil change and estimate for brakes. Had a previous estimate from another shop which seemed very high to me. Called a friend (who I trust, he has worked on my cars for over 20 years and we went to high school together)who owns a shop just to ask what I should expect to pay. I couldn’t get to his shop due to time constraints. Pineridge Shell was dead on for the price range I expected. The manager Bradley was easy to deal with. Friendly and made sure I got the best parts. They were very busy and I did not have an appointment. Said I could wait until the next day. They had my car finished the same day. I will definitely be back and recommend them in the future.

My truck had a bad thermostat. Pineridge shell diagnosed the problem and replaced the radiator hoses and the thermostat. The work was done professionally. I have confidence in their work.
