I have been to this bank in 2017, Mariam had opened my personal account and then helped me open my business account . I was not satisfied with the management part of the bank as I was walking to the bank last week to get a copy of my checks for 2020, Mariam was there and asked me how is everything . I looked at her and said you probably the only reason that makes me come back here , because I’m not happy about my experience . She made an appointment for me with an account manager and we went through my account and guess what !! They put a big smile on my face . I can’t share the details but please give them another chance to find out l, and Don’t forget to ask for Mariam to direct you to the right place and person .

the branch manger did not tell me the minimum balance I have to maintain when he upgraded my account and I got $25 fee imposed. Very frustrating with this. I had money market account which has sufficient balance to meet even checking account balance but I got fee imposed..even my account was upgraded to have free wire transfer feature, even there the branch manager failed to do required set up and I again got $30 fee imposed. Useless manager and not able to function properly. After he realized the mistake that happened in my account, he failed to reverse the fee transactions and finally Maple Ave branch manager took care of this...I will never deal with this manager

Had 3 small deposits and they would not let me use one of their two drive throughs even though there was no one behind me waiting. They said it was for express transactions only. Manager made me come inside.
