I go to this branch every week to make my deposits. The staff is always very friendly & greets me with a smile & "how are you today Ma'am?" I'm always happy to see everyone & ask how their day is going. Every single one of my transactions at this branch has gone without a hiccup. Sonia & the rest of the staff are always friendly. Hope to keep coming to this location.Thank you Fair Lakes PNC!

I was given the wrong information on the fee charged to get a stop payment performed. Was told it was $25, but we were charged $33. I had to look up the list of charges and PNC does charge $33, not $25. Just be careful and double-check.

Came to the bank for a cash deposit and some change, quite a lot of money, but it was 4:35, the only thing I heard all the time while waiting was the two attendees complaining about the time, deposit slips not being correct, and mumbled at the time. This reminded THAT NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Bad customer perception of how not to take care of customers.

They are racist and thieves. They closed my grandmother’s account who is 75 years old only because she’s black and Muslim. They did not and could not provide a reason for closing the account, no suspicious activity or anything on the account and they never returned her money which was 786$, they mailed her a check for 0.35$ cents!!! We will escalate this and will also file a lawsuit for discrimination

Bad service. I went in for a cash deposit and my teller had to count the coins in my deposit four times. They were already in rolls and it was only $68 in coin rolls, mostly in nickels. Not only for me, but the customer next to me was told by the teller, “next time, come in earlier if you have this kind of a transaction”. The teller was complaining that she has to leave at 6pm exactly. It was only 520pm and they close at 6pm. The teller even told one of the other employees to lock the door and it was only 550pm so Im guessing she was the manager. Another customer came in right before they locked the door and they told her they were closed. The customer looked confused. If you close at 6pm don’t lock the doors before then! I’m guessing this location doesn’t care about their reviews, because there are too many bad reviews about customer service and it doesn’t seem like they’ve done anything about it.

Worst experience. Two times I tried to get service. The branch manager Ghada Hama, how she become a manager?!?!? She doesn’t know basic transactions. Please improve this location’s services and managers knowledge.

Do NOT go there on a Saturday expecting do have a transaction over $3000.00 done, nobody is there to authorize tellers. In general I had the worst bank experience ever at that location.

Hello today how was racially profile at the pnc bank in Fairfax Virginia on Monument drive. I went in and filled out a withdrawal form to withdrawal $900. The teller Sonia was provided my drivers license and my citadel credit card which is a Mastercard. I was asked 6 questions which i answered all correctly. What was your last withdrawal? What was your last direct deposit? When was your last withdrawal? When was your last direct deposit? What is my address? What is your phone number on the account? I answered all these questions correctly and I still was declined my withdrawal I then asked for a manager and was told that Sonia the bank teller was the manager. I then left and came back and I ask for the manager and spoke with Nam the assistant manager who said he would help with the issue but then I was asked to verify my signature again so I did in which I was declined my withdrawal again. I spoke with Ghada the branch manager who then apologized and said she would help and asked for my forms of ID. She then came back and told me that my Pennsylvania driver’s license was fake and she couldn’t verify it with her UV light. I was then declined by the branch manager that my drivers license was fake and she could not give me my money. I then went and got my PNC bank card and credit card and then they began to ask more questions about my personal information and asked why am I in this area? After 25 mins they then proceeded with the withdrawal. I was racially profiled today and I do not appreciate being a racially profile when I provided all the identification that is in the PNC policy on their website I am extremely frustrated by this matter and this is extremely unacceptable

Went there to close my account. They are great customer service but I am offended with corporate. They charge me every month menteinence fee for $7 since 14 month which I was unaware . I open the account on giant

Terrible experience. Waited so long to be just ignored. A banker was talking bad about her client to the tellers from the lobby. She was discussing how many times she had to call her client and got nothing from him. I walked up to her to ask if she could assist me resetting my online banking (after being ignored in the lobby for almost an hour). She didn't want to help and asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Bad experience. I went to the ATM for some cash and came back inside the branch to ask for my $20 bill to be broken down to smaller bills. The teller next to the front door didn't seem happy to assist me. Every single worker at this place ALL looked like they hated their jobs. No one wanted to help and they all looked miserable to be working that day. Poor customer service. No one used the 5 star language. Never coming back.

Horrible, Horrible Banking experience in my life.Never ever go to this Branch.Went to couple times tried to replace my broken card .Bank Rep told me she is too busy come next day cause she is too Busy .Worst Customer Service Ever
