I visited with my husband to find him new running shoes, and *JEFF* provided exceptional assistance. Really loved the store and the customer service. Went through the short process of getting information on my feet and shoe size. Everything made so much sense to me. Finally ended up getting a pair of Hoka shoes.

I found the staff to be extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Factually, because of their customer focus, other friends came from Maryland specifically to get their foot measured and buy from this store.

I decided that this year was the year to get properly fitted for running and walking shoes and conveniently made an appointment online for this location (appointments are available throughout the weekdays and walk-ins are accepted on the weekends). The appointment itself takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Bethany assisted me and listened intently for my goals that I had as a beginner runner. After the fit test (I learned so much about my feet which apparently changed sizes after pregnancy!!!), I was brought out several options for shoes. Bethany was knowledgeable about the different brands and styles. I ended up leaving with 2 separate pairs (one for running and one for walking). Pricing is fair and the shoes have been great so far in my fitness journey. This store is conveniently located in Fairfax Corner and was easy to find.

I came here about a month ago to get my arches, gait, and shoe size checked out after injuring my shins on my first outdoor run. I was fine working out in my shoes prior to this and knew a new shoe wouldn't fix all my problems but, I thought it was best to get measured anyways since I was going to start running outside more and I would need that support. Alex helped me out that day and was great; very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable during the whole process, and was super patient as I tried on three different pairs and took at least 10 minutes deciding (options can be overwhelming haha).It was at least two weeks before I did run in the new pair; since the first week I was letting my shins heal, the second I got sick. I feel good running in them so long as I warm up a little before hand but I don't have many complaints about the shoes themself. I picked the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 in White Sand/Sunset/Fuchsia according to the box.

I never thought I would write a review for a sneaker store, but this one is well deserved. There are two employees who went above and beyond with utmost patience and professionalism. I unfortunately forgot the salesman’s name, but Alex (the manager) was unbelievable! The customer service and follow up were undoubtedly the best I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be back to visit and buy more shoes!Thank you!!

Fantastic store. I everyone is super helpful. They measure you and testing your walking/jogging abilities to ensure they find the right shoe that fits your foot. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for gym/running shoes to go here. I learned a lot about my feet

Stopped in to buy shoes on a Tuesday at 11:30am. Michael single handedly managed EIGHT customers with warmth, attentiveness, and a smile. He took the time needed with everyone and was very knowledgeable.

This is where I take my autistic son to get shoes the past few years. It’s perfect because I can park right outside, then the store is small and fairly quiet. My son with sensory issues can handle being here. The staff are pretty helpful and accommodating, we can usually be in and out fairly quickly. They have a foot scanner that can quickly determine size, it looks like a weigh scale and you step on. They will also have you walk while they analyze your gait. Shopping for shoes doesn’t get easier than this!
