“At the UPS store Allen-Michael was so knowledgeable and professional when helping me. He explained what I needed to know and knew what to tell me with out my even having to ask everything. He was a pleasure to work with and I will only be using the UPS store at East Fair Lakes, in Fairfax VA. I have noticed that not all stores are equal. “I've been printing our annual holiday letter at Office Depot every year until December for close to 15 years. It's just 200 color two-sided copies, pretty straightforward. I apply a corporate discount card to give me a significant discount on the total price.After a terrible experience at the Chantilly location, I went directly to Fairfax and thankfully had a positive experience.It was a Wednesday evening, store was quiet, 2.5 hours before closing. I walked right up with my file on a USB drive, and the Print Center employee printed my letter in under 10 minutes. She said the new corporate purchasing card rate is a flat 30% off, which is something new for 2023 and double what I paid last year per my receipt, but that's not on her. I thanked the woman profusely for handling my print job immediately and alleviating some of my holiday stress, especially after what I encountered at the Chantilly location.I'll be taking my business to Fairfax from now on!”

“I came on a slow day so I was able to get help for the lamination service. They have pretty much everything here from printer, lamination, shipping, with other things to shop for like cards and books. It was my time using the lamination service so if you’re going to use it too. Use the provided white pocket folder to cover the lamination so it rolls through the laminator. Else it won’t be able to roll through the machine”

“Kevin was exemplary. I stopped by to mail a package. When I left, my car would not start (28 degrees). Kevin saw me with the car’s hood up and came out in the cold to offer assistance. Unfortunately, car would not start. Later, I tried again, and again Kevin came out to assist. He was polite and friendly at all times. If I owned a business I would want someone like Kevin to work with me. He was outstanding. Thank you Kevin !”
