While moving out, our movers found rats in the storage unit. There is no food in my storage unit, but it’s still gross and unhygienic. Nobody answers my calls or tries to help when I ask why there are rats. Please be cautious.

Please please please keep staff on site during work hours, it makes a tremendous difference, and helps both this location and the one nearby down the road.
When I moved out 3 months ago there were no staff. Nobody would confirm my move-out or inspect my unit despite two weeks. I had to pull strings and had a district manager across the nation help me out.

Came to this place on my lunch break to try to see some storage areas in person so I can have an idea of what size I need to purchase and the door was locked. The lights were off so I called the number on the front of the building and the person that answered said they don’t know if anybody is working today at the site. Why open online and answer the phone for the business if nobody is there I explain to the person on the phone that I needed to see a unit today as I’m moving on Friday and they were completely unhelpful on getting an appointment for right now terrible service. Do not recommend somewhere that that you can’t physically see a unit before purchasing.
