Elevator is out of order , I was given a 2nd floor , when requested about this, customer service is asking to pay more money instead of fixing the issue after paying a lot of money at this property.
I have to spent extra money even the property Elevator doesn’t work. Worst place to place your luggage.

They have the worst customer service and payment processing. They literally scammed me. I would never recommend anyone to get a space at this location.

Terrible management, no person is available on site, they do not answer return phone calls ever, the light is still broken in my unit, there’s repeat mouse infestations, and management took away the dumpster that used to be here and now trash is building up, thus attracting more mice.
And ditto with the fake reviews. There is no staff on site, and only very rarely a cleaning person.

MICE DROPPINGS!! :( For the first few years, this storage space was wonderful. In 2021, I began renting a space here. All was quite smooth. Now, almost three years later, 1) the rent has tripled, and 2) I just found mice droppings!!! They're just inside my door, not hidden inside (I hope!!). The unit across from mine was wide open and empty. I'm guessing it came from them.
I will call the office now to remedy this. If they do not, I am moving out immediately and definitely telling everyone I know not to rent here. (I have a large family and circle of friends in the area and lots of ppl use storage here.) Not only do rodents spread deadly diseases, it's just disgusting. I never saw anything like this in previous years. None of my family/friends have said they've ever seen rodents at their storage facilities in the area.
The rent issue: they've had about 2 nearly back-to-back, large rent increases in the last few months. That plus the mice... Something is off.

The service IS great! James helped me pick out a storage room for me to store…stuff. James took the time to show me the spaces available and was really helpful and kind. Y’all should really check it out if your looking to store some stuff :)

Ecellent customer service!!!! Mr. James was very professional and proficient with assisting me with my needs and inquiries. Storage clean and smells upkept. My belongings felt detoxed and purified. The air just felt great surprisingly for a storage unit. Excellent staff to keep this level of maintenance. Truly recommend!!!!!!
