I purchased a small unit and the setup was really easy. I want to give recognition to Rob who helped me get everything straightened out when I used a personal lock. He got everything setup for me in record time. They provide an app but I really appreciate how it's still optional and I was able to be texted the gate code and access credentials without having to install another app on my phone.

Rarely will you find a more attentive staff than you will at the public storage on Lee Highway.
Nordstrom level attention from a friendly staff clean unit with easy access.
The staff will help you find that anywhere else not a chance.

Space was good in a very good location, staff was nice, but they have a very big mouse problem, the unit was covered in droppings, had to go through all items with fine tooth comb, I totally understand it’s difficult to keep them out, but this is way too much and not kept well
