DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. They practice the"bait-and-switch" method. I've had a unit for one year and the price increased twice and has increased more than $100 dollars in less than a year. I started out @ $268 for a 10x20, then it increased to $333 within a few months and is now at $387. They keep increasing the rate every few months. I plan to get rid of it as soon as I return to the States. They try to pacify you with the promise of a rate decrease but you get rejected within an hour. I guess paying the rent on time, having two units with the company gets you no benefits whatsoever. When I was renting, I spoke with two people who were moving to a new storage company due to the constant rate increases. This storage unit company is gouging people. Go with a company with a lease rate. Public Storage are month to month.

The good: It's clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The bad: They WILL jack up your monthly rate. Not just once, but on a regular basis. In the 4 years since I rented my unit, the monthly rate has TRIPLED. They do not offer annual contracts, only month-to-month. BUYER BEWARE!

This was my first time purchasing a storage unit. I started my application on line and had a few questions so I reached out to the store and I spoke with Errol. Errol was so informative and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I came into the store and Errol’s customer service was excellent. The customer service made a stressful day of moving better.

I'm updating my review from a 5 to a 2. Everything seemed great at the time of the rental. I found out later that they got my name wrong and the steps to fix it were a huge hassle.Additionally they doubled the price on me within a year, banking on my reluctance to move all my stuff. I was able to find an identical unit for 1/4 the price at a location nearby. 2 stars because my items did remain safe in their care.

I made a reservation online, and due to a problem with their website, I was unable to complete the reservation online. I had been assigned to space, and was proceeding through all of the required documentation when I got an error message. I called and texted with a tech-support rep who said that I needed to go to the property to complete the reservation.I went to the property, to find the door unlocked. And, I called the number that the recording gave me and was connected with customer service after a very long wait. I spoke with a very rude and arrogant individual who was making excuses as to why a property manager was not on site. I was specifically asked if I wanted to come Cancel the reservation and I said that I did not want to cancel the reservation.I returned to a computer, and attempted to access the reservation again, and received a message that I had canceled it. I had not. And the only person who brought up cancellation was the gentleman whom I had just spoken to on the phone. And, I use the term gentleman loosely, because for someone who works in customer service they are skills were sorely lacking. I called and spoke with the sales person who said that the rate had changed from what I had ordered online. And, they did not have access to reinstate the rate, but transferred me to another customer service person who attempted to do so as well. Unfortunately, she could not reinstate the reservation, but both of them were professional, and courteous. One of them did take down the information That I had spoken about how I was treated on the phone and just summarily canceled for questioning their Pat answers, because I come to find out that this location is not staffed, and that you need to make an appointment. So, his assertion that they were on a bank run or somewhere on the property, was completely false. He never said that there was a non-staffed location, nor did I get directed to another location they could help me. And there are others around me. There were some decent people that I spoke to. The entire experience has left a very negative imp expression of public storage, and this location in particular. I do not see why I should have to pay $85 more a month simply because I called to inquire and someone was obviously having a bad day such that out of spite, they canceled my reservation. However, I was informed that all phone calls are recorded and it will be shown that I was not told. This was a non-staffed location, and I said that I did not wish to cancel my reservation. I reached out to the general manager, but have not heard back from them either. So, I'm taking my business to the storage place across the street from this location.I will caution anyone who is thinking of doing business business with this location because it's not staffed and if you have a problem, it's an endless array of customer service personnel, some of whom are quite rude and nasty to potential customers. I got the message that public storage does not want the business, so I'm left with that taste in my mouth, and I have told other people in my family some of them are going to be moving back from college and things like that in the next few months and need to store furniture before they get their first townhouse apartment not to use Public storage Because I I don't know how someone who can be that spiteful and nasty is employed they don't even tell the customer calling that it's a non-staffed location. I would have understood that completely and would have been appreciated being redirected to a staff location. They could help me or making an appointment with someone to meet me there. I've not offered the opportunity to do so.I have reached out to make sure that I'm not going to get any phantom bills because I want to be sure that this is done and canceled because I did receive a unit space number. However, I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding that after leaving a message at the office. So, my advice is if you do deal with this company, be wary and find a location that has a staf

Rented a space from this place and the door latch didn't work! I could not completely close the unit and put my lock on. Pathetic! So, I went to the office on the first floor (which was supposed to be open on Saturdays according to the website) but it was closed! No one was there! Unbelievable. I had to leave the unit only partially shut and hope no one steals my stuff. Stay away from this place, messed up doors and no on-site service.

So, I went to the office on the first floor (which was supposed to be open on Saturdays according to the website) but it was closed! No one was there! Unbelievable. I had to leave the unit only partially shut and hope no one steals my stuff. Stay away from this place, messed up doors and no on-site service.

From start to finish this Public Storage location was top notch. Jackie, the Mgr was extremely courteous, helpful, and quick to get back to me with any inquiries I had. The facility is impeccably clean and securely gated, with ample loading docks and parking. Rates were better than other storage options and so far I am extremely happy with choosing them.
