Ricardo was professional, polite, and thoughtful and his work is remarkable. I was very uncertain that the stains would come out and was happily suprised that there's no trace of them now. Thank you, R&R!

Really nice people. He was prompt and informative, and best of all, my carpets look great. I had 3 pretty bad pet stains and he was able to get them out and he also told me what to do if they happen to come back.

Ricardo and his assistant refinished our wood floors. He is very knowledgeable about his work, showed up on time, got the work done according to schedule, produced an excellent finish for a fair price. We are very pleased all around.
