Giavonni was the staff member that helped me he was great from sizing me to taking the time for me to decide which boot and which color was best for me this gentleman is very knowledgeable with redwing boots trust his guidance with sizing he is very knowledgeable with redwing and paired me perfectly with my new iron rangers
As I was trying on option he gave me the history of the heritage boots and now I have a nice story to tell people that compliment these stylish and functionally comfortable comfortable boots
As wanted to add that I can appreciate boots but never been able to find a pair that I’ve actually consistently wore they just never felt like me omg when I tell you that these iron rangers are amazingly comfortable that can be worn casually but also worn with a more polished look so happy with my purchase I literally bought 2 pairs of these boots the amber color and the black color because of the versatility and the amazing comfort with 0 regrets thank you Giovanni

Irina just emailed me to see if we would like to schedule the truck for our annual cookout this year, which made me realize that I am long overdue to give them a review. We scheduled the boot truck to come to our company cookout in 2023 & 2024. They arrived on time, had several different options for our drivers in the price range and specific requirements we agreed upon, and they made sure to bring wide and large sizes for a few ppl that needed them. Thank you, Irina, for following up and to the guys on the truck for doing a great job!

The people working were extremely knowledgeable about how the different boots fit and the sizing. It was helpful to see a woman wearing a similar boot I was looking at. I went in to try one boot on and left with a different style. The store and people are exceptional. Highly recommend!!!

Giovanni did not convey the return policy properly and I now have boots that I cannot wear comfortably during the work day. If I had been informed properly then this wouldn't have been an issue. I would recommend asking alot of extra questions to make sure that you understand what is being said. Don't assume what is being said is everything that there is to know.

Honestly, I've never been to a better boots store in my life. Tremendous thanks to Cindy for helping us out today, very knowledgeable and attentive with customers. I plan on coming back in the future based off the employee interaction alone, easy 5 stars. Cindy deserves a raise!
