Regal Fairfax Towne Center is a movie theater that has clearly come back from the dead. It is a very small and old theater. The seats are nice recliners, but the theater is not stadium seating, so the floor is not on an incline. This means everyone sits at the same level, and your view can be partially obstructed, looking upward at the screen no matter which row you sit in. The screen is pretty old. The popcorn is not that great and more pricey than most places. There are often not enough workers in concessions, leading to a long line. However, the service has been stellar and wonderful. Staff members are friendly, helpful, efficient, kind, and sweet, providing great service with a kind demeanor. They offer helpful recommendations. The theater has discount days, and the experience is okay. While going to the movies may have lost some magic, the theater receives five stars for its current service. The seats recline, and the handrests can be lifted. Some drink combos come in sturdy, nicely made buckets.

This place has clearly come back from the dead. I had been boycotting for several years for their poor service.
All that is behind them now though after the stellar service I received from Seth, one of the assistant managers. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and kind. Five stars for now folks, keep it up!
