This place is a little dated, but I will come here again easily before Alamo or Cinemark or any other “fancier” theater. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the chairs were comfy, it was clean, the picture was good, seriously, best movie experience I’ve had in a while.Just know ahead of time that you should park on the upper level of the parking garage because going up 4 flights of stairs is not fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Regal Town Center for a movie. The customer service was exceptional, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the comfort of the recline chairs.

I personally love this place but I'm not "movie bougie"! This theater is lower end of the spectrum as far as the "stadium" seats. The sound is good and the pictures are clean so what else do you need?! The restrooms need a renovation but let's be honest... they're good enough to take a quick bathroom break before and after the movie! The staff is the best part of this theater!!! The staff is absolutely AMAZING! Extremely friendly and always helpful! I wish the theater was as good as the staff! Great job team!

This theater is nice and quaint. The staff are friendly and helpful. The navigation is easy. There is ample parking and spacious entrances. The Concession stands are clean and freshly stocked. The theater seats are nice, clean and climate controlled well. The reclining seats are very modern. I really enjoyed one love...Bob Marley

Went to see Migration on February 25, 2024. The seats were very comfortable and the theater was super clean. The young lady that was checking our tickets - her name is Hani - was a delight. I had not stepped into a theater probably since COVID and was really helpful in explaining where everything was to my sister, nephew, and me. On a weird note - I noticed that the trays holding the packaged condiments (relish, mustard, and ketchup) were beautifully organized. I mean they were neatly stacked in symmetrical rows. I commented to Hani that whoever took the time to organize the packets is a rock star because it was nice to see that someone took the time to make the condiment center look appealing and tidy. Turns out, it was Hani that took the time to do that. The little things like that speak volumes about an employee who clearly takes pride in their work and their commitment to customer service. Bravo, Hani!

The theater is up a trillion flight of stairs for some reason...and I didn't immediately see an elevator (if there was one, it wasn't obvious) so to my fellow obese-Americans, prepare yourself! lol

Went to see Migration in theatre 9 1/19/24. It was FREEZING in there. I spoke to the manager who said “yeah it’s half working probably because it’s so cold outside.” NO. The rest of the theatre was nice and warm; clearly the heat wasn’t working in there. She asked if I wanted to come back another day, that “sometimes the movies switch theatres”. So basically we take a chance on freezing again. No thanks. I asked for a refund, which was given. Oh…just a FYI, the small size Icee (for my 7yo) was more like a large slurpee from 7eleven! And I know prices are crazy high at theatres, but $6.50 for a 5.7oz bag, cmon. I won’t visit here again. I’ll stick with Fairfax Corner theatre.
