We've had multiple, highly satisfying experiences with Riba. The first was replacing one of our skylights with a specialized version that had a hinge that allowed roof access. It turned out absolutely perfect, looks great, and we are now able to access our rooftop systems for (long delayed) routine maintenance. Yay! These guys were super responsive throughout the whole process, and they work fast. I never had to nag them to get back to me on stuff. Now we are working with Riba to replace the door to our garage. It's another somewhat exotic project, but HB, the project lead, has done a great job on the research, and gave us a great set of options at a reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys. Real pleasure to work with.

Truly an incredible experience working with RIBA. Richard (the owner) is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He’s not someone who is going to try to upsell you - he listens to what you want, and tells you in a very open and honest way what you need vs. don’t need. He was incredibly helpful during the design process for our patio, drawing/marking out different options and addressing various questions we had. Perhaps a weatherman in his spare time, leading up to our project starting he was very communicative about timing of the project as we were dodging many days of rain. Once it was “go” time, him and his amazing crew didn’t miss a beat getting the job done - not only pouring gravel but also putting down rebar for extra support for our 600 square foot patio. Two concrete trucks and a million wheelbarrow trips to our backyard later, they got the job done and the process was truly mesmerizing to watch. Richard sent photos throughout the day to show progress and kept us in the loop on the entire process. The end result - an outdoor patio that we can enjoy with family and friends. I can promise you - you will not be disappointed when using RIBA. We look forward to having them back for more home projects in the future!

Riba Construction has done a fantastic job on our home. New roof, siding and 25 windows. Price was middle of the road but the level of performance and personal Ritz Carlton touch was incredible and should not be underestimated. 100% support your decision to choose them.Richard, HB, and the crew are perfectionists. They have provided incredible value and a standard that the rest of the industry should follow (but likely not). From the initial no pressure contact in person to every site visit everything was smooth and a pleasure. This is our 5th home and I can tell you that never had I had such a great experience. Don't be deceived by other brand name companies that give the dog and pony show and want that commitment before they leave or else the price goes up. That is BAD business. Richard and Riba NEVER operate that way. Richard is honest, genuine and up front about cost and expected costs. He and the team do the job right!I can't speak highly enough about Riba Construction and the teams within the company. Thank you Richard for all that you do and continue to do for our family. I would not use this company. We hired them to do some roof repairs 2 years ago. First they did not perform the work we discussed and left one board in the roof that was moldy and damaged. We had to get them to come back and redo some of the roof work they had already completed. Now 2 years later, we have a leak in the same place but their warranty is only for 1 year. Not sure if the leak was ever fixed but it certainly is not now.Giant waste of time and money using this company for our roof repair.

Highly professional company and staff! We learned about RIBA Construction through family, who've worked with the team and spoke highly of them. Our own experience working with them to install new interior doors only confirmed that great experience further. From start to end, our project manager HB was very responsive and knowledgeable. The staff Juan and Carlos were efficient, detail-oriented and professional in their work. The entire process from estimate to final touch-ups was smooth, transparent and pleasant. Great customer service and expertise! Fast, thorough, and reliable, from estimate through installation. All staff in field and office knowledgeable and responsive to customer's questions and issues. RIBA is my go-to for any and all major home improvement projects. They built me a brand new screen porch, remodeled my master bedroom, and gave my basement a nice refresh through new carpet and drywall. Each and every time, they've done a superb job, kept me up to speed on progress, and have been responsive when I have questions. They took great care in walking me through the details of each project and being honest, clear, and upfront on pricing and available options. They've earned my trust and continue to exceed my expectations.

RIBA Construction did wonderful jobs replacing my townhouse's roof and sidings! I would recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. I was very impressed that they were able to complete the projects in one day. HB Khalsa was a wonderful manager, who listened very close to the details and ensured the team followed the instructions because of my strict HOA's policy. Excellent company and crew. The communication, follow up and workmanship was incredible. I have had many vendors over the years and was blown away by how friendly, professional and reasonably priced they are. They just completed my shingle roof, which looks great. They cleaned up and even raked up the yard to ensure that staples/nails were removed. Thank you, RIBA Construction!

Rude and disrespectful, their employees do not respect Constitutional Rights, and instead understanding the First Amendment, they have hissy fits because they don’t agree with words. It’s ok for them to have bumper stickers, but don’t have a sign that says things they don’t agree with.Do not recommend.
