Horrible store management they sold us a suit coat and then wouldn’t return it even with a receipt and all tags on it within 30 days. It was apparently a2pc set but they sold it to us as 1 piece. They told my daughter she was a thief because she was attempting to return it with out 2 pcs. I went there and gave them back all the clothes we bought and told the female manager that we’ll call an attorney for what was done to our daughter. Go somewhere else don’t ever shop here again !

The prices were good however the employees are rude, and the exit is quite literally barricaded by shopping carts, the staff do nothing to clear the way. I was standing there for probably five minutes trying to leave pushing carts aside and ofc none of the staff offered to help. Also don’t come here if you’re looking to purchase more than a single bags worth of things as you cannot take the carts into the parking lot. 2/10, will not be shopping here again.

Tried calling to ask for help on an item and person that answered the phone was rude. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Cashier lady wearing a hijab during my visit on 5/13/24 at 4:50pm was ridiculously rude. I questioned her what the return value would be for an unused item I purchased at $19.99 would be without a receipt. She accused me if I used it and I’m returning it and that she would give me 50 cents back for it. First of all, no, it is not used rude lady. Second of all, 50 cents return value - this is fine because then, I would just keep it since the value is way off then what I originally bought it for. I move on, okay. BUT she had the disgusting guts to say to me, “This is trash. You can trash it if you don’t want to do a return.” Where is her damn basic manner to customers and you are a cashier in customer service? Do you even know what your job title means lady? Or are you accusing and criticizing because I’m another race other than your own? Just because I was interested in returning an item does not mean my item is trash. You are the freaking TRASH for talking that way. What a low-class dirty mentality you have inside your emptied head. Pathetic.
