Emily was GREAT! She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about the products. Instead of stopping at the first item, she continuously helped us look for everything we needed. She was easy to talk to and personable.

I was overcharged here by a cashier that accidentally scanned the same item twice. I only realized later on my receipt and have left voicemails for management and sent multiple Instagram messages with zero response from anyone to fix the problem.

I went to this Sephora for help finding a color corrector. This first salesperson I found had no idea what I was talking about. He talked to a colleague and she didn't know either. They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about so I left. Very disappointing. I thought Sephora was supposed to help you find beauty products and learn how to use them!

I’m honestly shocked that this store has a single bad review. Everyone here is wonderful. Special shout-out to Martha Rose & Emily who are helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient even when I’m being annoying.Other than that, the place is beautiful & they have a great inventory for being one of the smaller Sephoras. I love it here so much that I am in the process of transitioning any cosmetics I use elsewhere so I can buy everything at this Sephora, since it’s just such a pleasant & fun experience.

This store is fine. It seems to have plenty of stock, most of the basic products that you'd expect to find at a Sephora. But I've gone in lots of times and never felt the urge to buy anything. It doesn't spark that joy of other Sephora locations that make me want to shop around. They layout feels a bit snug. The few times I've asked for help, employees didn't seem especially knowledgeable about products. I'll probably stick to shopping online or at a different location.

Manager came across very rude, dismissive, and completely unempathetic. Came here to return an item that I purchased online and received 60 days ago. I used the product once and wanted to do an exchange as the one I purchased did not match my skin tone. The cashier was kind and said only the manager would be able to do so. When she asked the manager, who was socializing with another employee in the back, she sounded annoyed and all she said was "No" in a dismissive tone without even coming over to allow me to explain anything. I hardly ever return any products to Sephora, even when they don't work out, so this was an extremely frustrating experience especially when she has the capacity to honor the exchange. On the other hand, the remaining employees I interacted with had a much better attitude, were pleasant, and actually helpful.

Me and some friends went into Sephora hoping to find shade matches. We were putting them on our hand until we were quite rudely interrupted by an employee telling us the testers are to be used for the face? I think everyone knows people should not put those on their face for sanitary reasons. Horrible customer service. I won’t be doing my business at this shop.

I really like coming here specific in Mosaic District because most of the staffs are super friendlier than in Fair Oaks Mall.I came here to get facial routine products and saw a worker named Jessie to ask a question. Somehow my gut was telling me to get her help for makeup lesson. She gave me her name and how to make appointment. I booked on that day later with her and I LOVED her!!! So easy to interact with her and she really listens carefully how you want to look your face etc. I told her that I want very minimalist and super basic that I can put makeup easily for anytime.She made my face so glamorous and so perfect!!!See the photo of makeup she did and taught me! I look so natural and so me!Highly recommend to look for Jessie!!! I am coming back more often for her!

It's my second time coming here and the staff just glare at you. They don't speak, great you when you walk in, ask if you need help, and overall are just really passive. It's not all that bad, but it's not that friendly and helpful either. Their tester display of Ilia tinted serum has all of the shades, but the stock that is behind the testers only had the lighter shades to be able to chose from.They also had "no sample cups" for me to get a sample of a foundation. All in all, I'm not impressed.

A smaller Sephora than most, but easy to park out front and grab something quick. Street parking is plentiful and free but only 15 minutes.

They have nice employees. I do like them at this store. The men and women here are helpful. There's no doubt about that. This is more of a store for the ladies, and that's totally ok for this Virginia gentleman. The store does business with mostly beauty products and the like. Lots of different makeup and other products.To their credit they have a good cologne section. If you're a fan of Chanel or Terra Hermes, you'll be quite pleased. Nothing against them, as have the Blue de Chanel that the ladies dig. Yet their stock can be low on this, and I'd like to see more from Armani. Cologne is subjective, but not enamored with D&G. They have plenty of choices from this house. Also their sales are far and few between. If you use the Rakuten app, you can do better with their competitors. I do want to say thank you to the knowledgeable employees.
