This is probably not the best sephora. Cream I bought was used and had to exchange for a new one.. Make sure you check your product before leaving. They also didn't check to see if I had points. Or give samples, I was set to spend a good amount and I just wasn't impressed.

Came in with my sister and can not emphasis the amazing service we received. My sister's birthday is today and I reminded her to go in and get her birthday promo and when she came in the employee helped her see that she did not have an account and started a loyalty account. My sister wanted to look around before getting her birthday perk and we met Kathryn who was so kind and genuine with her help guiding us towards the perfect products for my sister. She was so much fun and welcoming. I am used to cold treatment at most encounters at Sephora and have written it off for the most part but today has turned it around. Thank you Kathryn for your warmth and hospitality. I will definitely be back to see you!

BE AWARE!!! She stripped my brows raw without getting my okay first. Never mapped out what she was going to do. Just told me she was NOT taking out much and mostly just “cleaning” my brows.
I deeply regret not asking her to map out what she was about to do. Instead, I sat back I fully trusted her since Sephora says they train their employees.
My brows never been taken out this much and you can see how raw they look after the damage was done. I don’t understand how just “cleaning it” could end up looking like this. There is also no alignment to what was done whatsoever.
In the end, she apologized and said she didn’t think it was too thin and that in fact, she would have taken MORE off. When I questioned about not asking me about taking that much out or never checking in before doing the damage she said “I don’t know what to say.”
The manager guaranteed she is fully trained and has been working at the store for years. Apparently this never happened before, she never got any complains, which made me feel crazy.
They never charged me for the service but as the manager herself said, they can’t make my hair grow back.
Extremely disappointed.

By far, out of all the Sephora’s i’ve been to in my life, this location has the award for most employees with bad attitudes. Most sephoras there is someone who is up at the front greeting people, asking if they need a basket or even if they’re looking for someone in particular. While this may be so small, it helps A HUGE amount when someone doesn’t actually know where something is especially when you move the store around. And everytime, EVERYTIME I ask someone for help, they give the nastiest side eye or look whenever I ask them a question. It makes me never want to go back but I can’t do that because I live next right next door to this location. Just a simple hello, how are you, or even are you doing all right goes such a long way. Do better. Or just don’t hire people who give off nasty rude vibes.

No one offered help even though there were so many workers not helping anyone. They were just talking to each other

I had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Frishta! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered personalized recommendations, she even demonstrated how to apply them, she was very helpful! Thank you Frishta for your exceptional service!

This location is okay. I’ll stick to online. This store displays a decent selection of items as well as the size of the store. I’ve been here multiple times in the past and the customer service has been declining. Met some lovely girls at this location in the past but now the customer service is pretty much absent.. just being there for 5-10 minutes, products are accessible if you need to grab any, employees are there in the store hanging around if you intend on approaching them, you are able to check out, but that’s all to it. This is coming from a former Sephora employee trained to provide exceptional service.

Terrible customer service—will not return to this Sephora location.
I came in to exchange a birthday gift I received (an unopened eyebrow pencil in the wrong shade) but was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, an associate asked if I was paying by card and offered to assist me. I explained I needed to exchange an unopened birthday gift but didn’t have a gift receipt.
She asked for my email/Insider details, which I provided, and then requested the gift giver’s email or phone number to link their account. I didn’t know this information. She called for support, and another coworker arrived, asking the same questions before bluntly telling me, “Without their information or receipt, they can’t exchange it.” While I understand the policy, the manner in which it was handled felt dismissive and lacking in basic customer care.
At other Sephora locations, I’ve had similar situations handled professionally and respectfully, with successful resolutions. This was the first time I felt so undervalued as a customer. Disappointing experience.

Whenever I have something in my hand, they always offer me a basket because they think that I’m stealing and they are very fake because when I walked out of the store without buying anything, they were like making very rude and snarky comments saying “oh, did the foundation not work out for you“and in a rude way and they’re so rude. I hope they all get fired and they’re so rude.

I came in the other day looking for products. Everyone was so helpful, an employee named “Aya” was wonderful and helped me find almost everything I was looking for, and even gave me advice. Great customer service.

Maybe it was the time we visited, but there weren't many employees working. Maybe that's why when I asked them something, their faces weren't bright and they were very stiff. I was thinking that it must be because they were very tired, but then I saw them smiling and talking to other employees, and it seemed like the employees didn't have good manners toward customers. I'm thinking about it. I think that if employees can smile and talk to each other, they can also smile and explain things to customers.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I was in the store for 15 mins and no one approached me. I finally went to ask a women named maddie for assistance and she was not happy. I asks for certain items or dupes and she just kept saying no we don't have anything. Didn't offer to look or give me suggestions. Decided to leave without buying anything. Very unprofessional.
