Most of the employees were very nice to me except one, I asked her where the summer friday was and she was not happy about that. She was giving me attitude the whole time i was talking to her. Everyone else there was very helpful though. Definitely never talking to that women again. Sephora please rethink your employees at this location.

I don't know what these people are talking about maybe THEY are the problem but the staff here is nice only ONCE I had an issue with the cashier her attitude seemed off. The kindest employee and most HELPFUL is VIOLET. I love her she just radiates sweet energy. Good selection of products here. Another thing that isn't really sephora's fault is the consumers just block an entire aisle.. no self awareness which makes it hard to shop. Also some kids that run around the store which makes me think there needs to be a parent if the kid is underaged.. but at the same time some parent's don't even care. A little cramped in the store but that's all.

The people who work here are always so helpful and nice. Any time I’ve come in here, someone has always greeted me and offered their assistance. It’s a shame there are so many negative reviews, as every experience I’ve had in the store is wonderful. I always leave with everything I needed and more.

Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I wanted to change the shade of a highlighter that I got but they were out of the shade that I wanted. They returned my highlighter without even asking and wouldn’t void the return either. I got it on discount originally and they returned it so I lost my discount too

They’re kind of rude, and cancelled my order saying it was out of stock but I ordered way before that could be. They dont take priority on who orders first it seems.

I wandered around the store looking for a product. A staff member asked everyone around me if they needed help, looked at me multiple times but didn’t ask me. I felt it was racist. Strange and weird staff.

This store used to be great, now it’s a barren dimension of hell. I called this location before coming in to ask if a specific brand of fragrance was carried here (online said it was but I like to call before bc not all Sephora's carry it). The employee told me no we don’t carry that brand and hung up on me. So imagine my surprise when a few days later I come in for a different item and see the brand I had asked about in stock with an entire section. Interesting.During this visit I could find nothing. Hardly ANYTHING was in stock on the floor. Perfumes, makeup, skin care, nada. And everything was a mess in here, testers were missing, displays were destroyed and dirty, and some lady was coughing on the few testers in the store. To make matters worse I could not get one single employee to help me. I tried for over twenty minutes to find someone and to ask if they had any stock in the drawer or in the back and could not find a single soul other than the ones working the register. I ended up just walking out. Save yourself the trouble and do not enter this hellscape. Go to the Springfield location or order online.

Some rude staff.First of all, this is not everyone who works there, but I did have a pretty negative experience today. I went in today for a return and was also interested in possibly buying a lip mask. I walked around the store for a bit unable to find what I was looking for and ended up walking up to a couple of employees at the front who were having a conversation with each other. It felt super awkward going up to them because it felt like I was unwelcome. I went ahead and asked whether this store had the item I was looking for. They were unsure. One of the girls suggested they check online. The other girl starts to look at her work phone and then decides to hand it to me and tells me to type what I want into her work phone. I was pretty shocked by this but went ahead. In that brief time she walks up to another coworker with her back towards me, COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. I stand there for a little bit waiting to see if she would turn around and acknowledge me again. Nope. I end up having to interrupt her conversation with this new coworker again just to say I didn’t find it. Frustrated, I decided to leave. She seemed to have zero concern. It was a cold and rude interaction.

The attitude of Sephora sales people have been consistently poor, I would like to know on what bases they get paid, they are eager to deny any questions or help, I walked in and all I said was I need a foundation, and asked for samples they were like we don’t give samples and I had to keep questioning where it felt uncomfortable to both the parties and that’s when they mentioned the IQ technology and she regretfully led me to the matching foundation spot and that tester was empty. I went after 10 days and the tester was still empty. So they don’t help you, they won’t refill the tester, they look so disinterested but when you bill they ask who helped you today ? I’m like I spoke to someone yeah, but that was not a help at all. When it comes to Sephora you learn the products and you go and buy or it’s a zero effort from their end. I discussed it with my friends and they all felt the same way about it and they said they switched to ulta. I’m gonna do the same. One big goodbye to Sephora and the lazy customer service ppl there
