Had the absolute worst experience here. I went to buy cigarettes and my ID was rejected. I am nearly 24 and it is a valid government issued ID. I come here all the time and never had an issue. The other people that work here are all lovely. This older woman that works here always gives me a hard time and is always extremely rude to me. She has accepted this same ID before, but apparently was in a bad mood and did not accept it this time and kind of threw it at me. I’ve used this ID for YEARS and never had an issue with it. She assumed it was fake and I was underage. If anyone can find the manager’s phone number please let me know. The way she treats customers is disrespectful and someone needs to know. I don’t know her name but she is mid 50s. Being treated like this is unacceptable. I truly don’t understand how people like her have jobs.

I got here at 10:40 am to get my car emission it is now 11:40 and I am still waiting in line. This is absolutely absurd and i’m truly disappointed in this establishments way of work. Emissions should take no more than 10 minutes and i’ve been waiting for a WHOLE HOUR!! NEVER coming here again!!!????

I’ve never had any auto work there, but I like to get gas there because they go all out on the holiday decorations, the place is incredibly clean (even the bathroom - cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever seen), and there are no advertisements blaring in your face as you pump your gas. The staff has also been helpful to me. I go out of my way to use this gas station.

Jermantown Shell is the best. Even though I moved farther away, I still go to Jermantown Shell for all of my auto repairs because I know I can always count on them to be super honest and 100% reliable. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind and are great at explaining what needs to be fixed and why. Chick runs a great team and is always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Brad most recently assisted me and was very helpful. Chase has helped me for multiple repairs and always does an amazing job. I can also always count on Chase to give me honest feedback, straightforward facts, and ultimately fix whatever issue my car is having due to how knowledgeable he is. Definitely recommend Jermantown Shell!

Had a flat tire and had brad help me out with finding and patching the leak and went out of his way to check for I problem had and also did my state inspection while he was at it. Definitely recommend to get your service done here and will be coming back.

First time getting service at this location. They were courteous and honest from the initial phone call to keeping their word on my arrival for an appointment. The manager, Brad, was straightforward with a professional attitude and demeanor. My technician was Juan. Very cordial and excellent mechanic. He did not at all have any issue with me watching the vehicle oil change and tire rotation being performed. He made sure the car did not have any hidden issues underneath in terms of leaks, suspension, and brakes. I really like that they had an extra lift to use when its busy. It was not only less expensive than Jiffy Lube but they pretty much do the same level of service plus more. I will certainly be returning here again for my regular services. Thank you!
