I've been going here for years. They are not a chain. They provide personal attention while making thoughtful recommendations. They are conveniently located right off Rt 29 in Fairfax. A good part of my family have gone there, and love it. One family member lives in Raleigh, N.C., and will only let Piper cut her hair. I highly recommend them!

I've been seeing Cara for 10+ years! She's taken me from a chin length bob to a pixie cut and now tames my very thick, long hair. She's very meticulous with my cut, balayage color, and keratin treatments. Would highly recommend her.

A small friendly salon with top tier talent at reasonable prices. The women here know what they're doing and the laid back atmosphere really makes it feel like the Cheers of salons. Regulars know each other even if they only ever see each other in the salon while getting their hair did. Really a cool place.

I can't believe I just found this place! It is amazing! First off great service at great prices! I met with Stephanie the first time and Lisa the second time. Amazing work from both of them. I noticed that all of the customers in there were repeat customers that seemed to have a good relationship with the stylists.

The experience at Split Endz is always great! I feel as though I am visiting friends and catching up whenever I am there. Thanks, Sally, for leading a shop with such a positive, joyful atmosphere. I feel a special "pick-me-up" after I have been in for styling. It is worth the extra drive from Haymarket to maintain my relationships at Split Endz that began when you opened and I lived in Fairfax.
