Easy to book and helpful front desk employees! I called ahead and spent 10 min setting up the rental then went inside to sign the docs - so easy! Well maintained drive-thru unit is great and the price is very competitive! I can provide my own insurance and don't need to pay for a 2nd policy like at some storage places.

Joe and Jean have always been helpful with all of my questions through a strain filled moving process. I can think of nothing but praise for the staff here. If a need for storage arises, I will absolutely be back.

I was at StorageMart recently, Jon and Joe made this as smooth a process as possible. They were friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. The facility was clean, looked secure. I ultimately went for something closer to home, but their customer service really stood out.

I received an email stating that I had to pay for insurance $30 monthly unless I provided proof of my own insurance. I provided the information and then a day later I received another email stating that my monthly bill is increasing to an additional $30. When I emailed as to why my rates was increasing after I provided the insurance information and less than 30 days notice. I never received a response.
