Went in for an emissions inspection, and they also did a safety inspection without me asking (and tried to charge me for it!) They also failed me, so now I have to deal with fixing the issue when I didn't even want or need a safety inspection in the first place!

Pulled into the station on 9 Jan to pump 12 and the button panel was not working so you couldn't process a credit card transaction. I moved to pump 9 and while the transaction worked..... the pump speed was so slow it only gave me $.25 worth of gas in about a minute. As I needed a full tank I wasn't going to stay there for 30-60min. I went inside to speak with the attendant to let them know the problem and about putting a sign on the pump to warn others to not use it. He brushed it off and said he needed all pumps working due to the busy time of day. I said fine. I then told the two other people pulling up those pumps that they are not working and left. Until they fix their pumps and change their employee's attitudes about helping notify customers, i will not be going there.

Don’t get inspections done here. The mechanic (Mustafa) has no respect for his customers. He didn’t treat us well and when I asked him for an explanation on why exactly he rejected my car, he didn’t have one. I didn’t mind doing the repairs but the way he was talking to his customers was unacceptable. Goodluck!

Slowest pumps I’ve ever used, and you have to pay inside. They seem to be trying to make up for that with the slightly cheaper prices than competing stations nearby. Not worth the 10 cents/gallon you save, go somewhere else.

Bathroom door is broke and the attendant walked in on me and my daughter after was rude when we came out talking about we must have a magic key when he himself opened the door without a key .. who would do that knock on the damn door or put up a sign that you need a key

This location has good prices. The issue is there are constantly pumps down and not easy to find one that unoccupied. Also, some pumps are out of paper when you need a receipt

Jeez!!! They have one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve been to in the nova area. Currently taking a number #2 while leaving a review.
They were friendly and courteous

Often they don't have a receipt tape and you can't take a receipt, the price for fuel is usually good for the area.

They charged me double the gas I requested and pumped a few weeks ago and refused to refund my money. I didn't eat dinner that night because of it. 3 or 4 days later the money was automatically refunded. It happened again today. I come here very often to get gas but I will not be getting gas here anymore because they have charged me double and refuse to offer any kind of help twice now. Fix your system here and stop charging people double!
