No option for 0 stars. Poor communication and worse customer service. They closed my original branch on Willard Way and then closed another branch on 123. No notice either time and then when I finally went found the new location (2 blocks away, but again no sign at the old location) they basically told me it was my fault. I have moved over $200K from Truist/BBT to another banking option. I would encourage everyone to do the same. Vote with your $$$

I've been with Suntrust for almost 10 years. Did all my banking with them, paid all my bills through them, all of my paypal and ebay purchases were through them. Then one day I noticed some fraudulent charges on my account, I called and they disputed the charges for me and credited me the amount that was taken. A few days later they send me an email saying they are closing my account, I thought that was some sort of mistake. So on a Friday I find out my card is declined at a restaurant so I call them and they tell me I no longer have access to my funds, can't log in to my account and I have to wait 20 days for the account to fully close and then I will get a check with the funds sent to me in the mail. DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST!!!! This is how they treat their customers of almost 10 years
