Absolutely unprofessional attitude exhibited by the older woman on staff during the early afternoon, especially to a paying customer. I will not be bringing my business to this location and she is fortunate that I did not get a name or else I would have complained to corporate about her. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.
Take lessons in customer service or don’t do the job at all.
I will recommend my friends and family to do business elsewhere. Not worth being treated as less than.

The older female staff member exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior. She lacked sufficient expertise in her field, provided incorrect quotes, and displayed discriminatory attitudes despite her own limited English proficiency—mocking my language skills in a similar manner

The employees are FATPHOBIC!!! We love Swarovski and I went to the store located in the Fairfax Oaks Mall. I was with my Sister-In-Law who 6 months pregnant. She wanted to treat herself.There was a older Arabic lady behind the counter who said hi then asked me if we (my sister-in-law and I) were friends or sisters. I told her we are sister-in-laws. She looks at me and when "we" were due. I am not pregnant!!! Being plus size DOESN'T mean you are pregnant! We left right after. Treat people with respect and keep your thoughts to yourself. Whether you like or dislike plus size people doesn't matter. But seriously teach your associates to be professional!!!!

I love Swarovski and I went to buy necklace and the lady with hijab sales assistant was so rude .she doesn’t want to show anything .she was lazy to show the product bad customer service.i am not going to shop there…

Tiny store in FairOaks Mall I always peak in while in Mall you can find good stuff for special ones for special occasions and Valentines I still have eye on Star-wars decorations

Purchased over $400 worth of jewelry, one particular necklace was displayed with a pink box. It was supposed to be a gift for a child and the moody, woman with a terrible attitude refused to include the pink box and insisted we take a regular blue box. Just very rude. It's not like the pink box is costly, it's cardboard I'm sure. The manager there is very rude and arrogant.

The quality is zero and no the price is high for the piece of jewelry and I can only use it for once and they say no shower or water should be done with our jewelry which is stupid.

Fairoaks Mall location.. Walked in and basically greeted myself. I should have turned and walked out then and took that as a sign. Sure enough after perusing for at least 10 minutes (3 cases from top to bottom) not one person asked if I needed anything, had a question...nothing. Very disappointed as I wanted to buy something but clearly they weren't interested in selling. Gave 2 stars because the products are beautiful.

Love Swarovski and really like the Fair Oaks Mall location. The staff is always friendly and the selection is always great. I would deff recommend to anyone looking for a gift.

The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable especially Hanan Hafez. Hanan is friendly and helpful pointing out new pieces as well as pieces she thinks I might be interested in. Always good to see her there when I come in to shop.
