Great plans and got two free phones for signing up for the Senior Plan. Two lines for 55/month and free phones. Not cheap phones either, Moto 5G s. Extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with T-Mobile's customer service. They were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to my concerns. It took forever to reach a representative, and when I finally did, they were not helpful at all. It felt like they were more interested in upselling me on products rather than addressing my issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with T-Mobile's customer service.

Never got positive results from this location. People who work here have no idea what they are doing and they are rude!They literally don’t know what they are doing!! the guy was very rude, asked for ID to return the internet home device and I didn’t have it. I went back home and got my ID and went to different location and they didn’t ask for ID just the receipt was enough!

My wife purchased a iPhone 14 recently from this T-Mobile store. After the phone was delivered to our home, she took it to the store and ask a representative, Mateo, to help her transfer data from her old to new phone. Mateo performed the transfer and in the process used all of her data plan for the month. I call T-Mobile and asked them to provide additional data at no charge. Of course they wouldn't, why would I expect anything more from a second rate mobile phone service provider. Recommend folks get a friend to help the transfer their data using a Wi-Fi connection.

9/8/22On 9/4/22While walking with my wife, we happened to walk past T-Mobile. We both have talked about dropping Cox Internet due to the price hikes.Finding out what T-Mobile had to offer intrested me. We were greeted by Mike Harris and he informed us about what the cost of getting T-Mobile's internet services.The cost of getting their internet service costs $50.00 and there is no increase whatsoever. Not so sure about that statement, but we will see. We were informed the internet box which looks like a tiny speaker must be plugged in near your window to work. This is what we were told when we aquired Cox Cable so we will find out how good the reception is should we place it near our current cable box.Mike seemed to be the only employee taking his job seriously. The other two employees looked bored and did not wish to be there. They did not look happy to be wearing the magenta colors either.Nevertheless, Mike's information helped us get a better idea on what we will end up doing. Now we will see what Cox has to offer once they learn they will be losing a client.This experience at this store has been educational. Thanks Mike Harris.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT go here! You will be pulling your hair out and in tears. They are the most lazy, rude, and inconsiderate employees on the planet. Switch to Verizon or go to ANY other T-Mobile location as this is the WORST one. Go to falls church, Tyson’s or any other location. The employees tried telling me something I know is NOT true as I’ve gone to countless other T-Mobile locations and had no issues. I tried asking to speak to a manager and they would not let me as they probably realize they are in the wrong.

Totally unprofessional staff including the manager Jonathan Ch. Terrible experience!!! Will never come back to this location again. They totally lost me as T-mobile customer, and my wife only considering to stay with T-mobile because they helped her with her phone at different location. Regional manager, please re-visit this store and provide proper training!!! This location doe not appear to care and has no respect for its T-mobile customers. They were talking to my wife like she does not understand the technology, but she does - just unbelievable!!! There was all kind of non sense, but will not waste my time and get upset all over again to just think about this experience.

Customer service is A1 over here compared to any of the other t mobiles I went to. The manager swapped out my SIM card quick, efficiently, and also FOR FREE! If I have anymore phone issues I'll be pulling up to this spot!

Representative Jose Luis is great! Super patient... speaks Spanish, very knowledgeable and Tmobile has some good deals on plans. If you want to switch, take your old cell plan's account information and PIN otherwise, nothing can be accomplished. Seems other plans make it difficult in providing personal information by phone.If you buy a new cellphone, transferring your old phone's information will take a while... you'll probably spend a couple of hours to make the switch.... all good in the end.
