Went in the store to get information about trading a phone. James instead of talking to us like a normal human being; he points to his name tag like an obnoxious person and expect us to know what's he saying by pointing to his name tag. like dude just give us information no one cares that you are a manager; if you don't know how communicate with a person.

I was quickly welcomed by Josh, and he was able to tell me how long my wait would be as well as answered a few questions for me. Shortly thereafter, Josh was able to help me switch my devices to T-Mobile in a most professional and friendly manner. I knew it would take a while, but the process was seamless which was greatly appreciated. Everything was tested to be sure they were connected properly, and I left feeling very happy that I made this switch. I would highly recommend!

Cluadia working today she was so rude. She did not say hello to me and she show me that attitude no welcome . I was planning to add the lines in my and buy new iPhone, but I would not give my business to the that store, they have no respect or even not say welcome to the customer really disappointed from the customer service.

Customer service awful. Lazy. I went into location to pay my exact bill. After paying this, the lazy guy tells me. There will be a five dollar service charge I forgot to tell you. They were just sitting around when I walked in, chatting with each other. No greetings. I explained what I was there for.

Nelson Martinez is Fire!I lost my phone for the first time in my life and only had 30 minutes before I had to get to my clients! I need my phone to get through school, work and moreNelson was overloaded with people so I told him to take his time - grateful, he actually picked it up!He went through 4 other people, helped me find options, get my replacement phone, and all out the door with 7 minutes to spare!WAY better than a bunch of other locations!!

I've been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 20 years. I've always appreciated the service I've received, via phone or in-person.But, today, our in-person experience at this particular store was an absolute stand-out. I came in to purchase two new phones. Maurice greeted us with a smile...and that began one of my most favorite T-Mobile experiences yet. He was SO kind, listening to our needs and walking through all of our options. He did so without being pushy or trying to "upsell." More of a "you have the right to know" and allowed us to make informed decisions. Every step of the way, he made sure we understood the charges.As our phone data was being transferred, Maurice diligently and adeptly installed our screen protectors and cases. The screen protector had a factory defect; Maurice noticed it first and brought out a new one immediately. When our son was otherwise occupied, Maurice asked if we had a need for a watch/phone for him. We had been looking, and the current promotion was perfect for us. I was so grateful he asked the question without our son there; he did so intentionally. Maurice set up the entire watch and tested all of its options before we left.We were there for awhile - set-up for two new phones and a watch - and the entire team seemed to be friendly and competent. In the future, I'll drive the 25 minutes again to work with these folks!Thank you, Maurice!!! We're thrilled with our purchases and your service.

I had purchased an iPhone before the holidays. The store was VERY busy and I told " Chris" that I was in no rush to set up the new phone. He was very kind and told me after the holidays to come back in and he would help set up my phone if needed. After the New Year I went to the store, but " Chris" was helping another customer. I had the pleasure of meeting "Nelson" and, true to their word, this very kind gentleman set up my phone QUICKLY and made SURE everything worked correctly. EVERYONE I have encountered at this location has always been friendly and professional even at the most hectic times. Do not be deterred by the mall location.

T-mobile Fair Oaks , I changed from Verizon to T-Mobile, hoping to have a better contract but the only thing I got was a headache and being left without a phone for two days, the attention of a lady from that store is terrible, I had the bad luck that she attended me and her attitude with the client is terrible, I do not recommend that you not visit that store, terrible attention, especially that of that lady.
