A lot of things were out of place, random carts everywhere. And I really want to know what died in that bathroom. I have never been to a toilet that smelled so bad...not even tacobell. Dirty and messy target.

Worst customer service ever from Lisa in self checkout, she was rude when asked nicely for help.

Terrible experience. Escalators often broken. Stifling hot. Inventory in store is typically a mess everywhere. Cherry on top on our last visit was 24 checkout lanes, only 2 open. Massive lines including self checkout and no one doing anything about it. Store associates sauntering around goofing off with each other.

They really need to police their retail parking spots. Plenty of parking available yet the ones taking up parking are those visiting the mosaic shops. You'll circle for 30/60 minutes so it's better to just find another target to shop at that has more in stock.

Self check out has two registers that work and regular has two. The lines take about 30 min just to check out. This store needs new management

Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!

This Target has heavily fallen off in the last year or so. It's pretty much a mess, it's missing a bunch of items, and last time I went in the refrigeration units in the main section were out, so if you needed anything cold other than beer (in another section), you were out of luck. There's usually only one, maybe 2 non self-checkout lanes open, and the line for the self-checkout is usually deep. In general, this place feels like a mess.

Hey Jon, guess what...your system was wrong and had a glitch when it couldn't locate the items I brought into return with the card I purchased it on. Technology is not perfect. Instead of pointing me to your refund policy on the wall and calling my attention to the last line stating you can decline a refund, offering merchandise credit for a purchase I made 8 days ago, and finally just asking me to reach out to customer service...you could and should have taken the initiative to call while I was there so we can get it resolved together. Instead I stepped aside spoke to the online customer service rep (Johnathan) who very easily found my receipt with the same card (I provided you) and emailed me a copy. That's the difference between ok customer service and great customer service. By the time I returned to the counter to return the items you were on your break otherwise I would've shared this in person. Don't pigeon hold yourself to "I'm just an employee" because you indeed can make or break a customer/employees day. I hope future customers do not have to experience this and get forced to accept store merchandise credit.PSI'd like to add that Jon was not rude at all and maintained composure in our exchange but as stated above, just wasn't very helpful because he insisted all the years he's worked there, he's never heard/experienced any issues with their system. Again, technology is not always reliable...

This, by far has to be the worst Target store in the DMV region. Consistently, they're massively short staffed and the employees give no hoots to customer service. I've been a frequent visitor to this location and have noticed the quality of this store deteriorating over the years. The place is poorly organized, is low on stock and cleanliness is at a toss. The only time you'll notice staff is at closing time when they'll literally try to force the customer out of the store through a tiny door as the main entrances are shut 15 mins prior to close. The store has over 15+ assisted checkout counters and 6 self-checkout counters.Customers are expected to fend for themselves at the self-checkouts since no attendant would man the assisted ones.On a recent visit, not a single target attendant was found, and it seemed like the store was going through an employee walkout (when it wasn't). The line for self checkout went through half the store. This location is surely losing out on good business considering the locality is quite popular and visited often.

If you're one of those people who wants to go to target to relax and zone out, this is NOT the place. It's an absolute mess with inaccurate stock information online, piles of messy displays everywhere, and frazzled employees. Would not recommend. You have to wonder how this place is so chaotic, as you'd think nationwide chains would have some standard operating procedures or quality control. Either way, go to another location.

It works, yet have fun in the parking garage. Definitely don't go here on a Friday or Saturday night. Mosaic is a trendy area. You'll thank me for this advice, or by all means risk your car/sanity. This store works for the basics. They tend to be a little more than Walmart, but you'll still find deals. There is a Starbucks in here. This one tends to be busy regardless of what time you go. Often they are out of high demand items, such as video games or those on sale. This can be frustrating, yet it's not unexpected. On a plus note the store is pretty clean and organized. There are enough employees too. That guarantees a decent experience.

11/30/22 This past Sunday on 11/27/22, we stopped by Target so some supplies. We happened to see The Santa Wonderland set up. I could imagine how many kids will want to sit on Santa's lap. Then my wife and I had a short talk about kids not sitting on Santa's lap anymore. From the pictures I took, I saw a kid stand with Santa and getting their picture taken. I guess it depends on the location. Regardless, I expect to see lines going out the door as Christmas gets closer and closer.Target has really set up a Christmas theme this year with the snowmen decorations. I decided to take a photo of this, because I do not remember seeing this last year. Nevertheless, it looked nice. I can see many people getting their photos taken with these Snowmen.I did not see any promising extended breifs from A Pair Of Thieves. They are normally less expensive then the ones online. I hope to see something different from what I've seen in the past this Christmas. The material feels great on the skin. Same thing for the tank tops which don't have those stupid strips or lines on them.We did seem the seasonal section with Christmas stuff, but the biggest thing I have seen are the candy options. The Gigantic Kitkat Bar and The Twix Candy Bars were a shocker. I can imagine seeing this at Halloween. The amount of chocolate options were out there. I think I will stick with hot chocolate now that it is cold outside. Maybe add Oreo Hershey Kisses, white chocolate or caramel to the drink and then I am into something good.We found what we needed and as usual, checking out was quick and smooth. Another great experience at Target.

Easy ordering on the app for drive up pick up. Delivery to vehicle was prompt with no contact. Easy parking in designated spaces on third floor of parking garage.

First of all, I love Target in general. Low prices for clothing and housewares. Large selection. BUT...this particular target needs more employees to tidy up the aisles. Of course the reason why the aisles are a mess (see pictures) is because there are insensitive, undisciplined customers that don't put things back how they found it. Yet to see almost every aisle in disarray tells me that the employees are not on top of cleaning things up. I first I thought maybe they are understaffed. Yet I saw at least 3 employees just walking about the store not even trying to rehang clothes, straighten boxes...Because of this, it is very difficult to find what you are looking for. Especially clothing. Everything is just rehung in different locations. Toys/equipment scattered all of the shelves. They only good thing is their parking situation. Parking is via their 4 level garage. Which is pretty convenient. That garage also is a hot spot for parking in general for the Mosaic district. Don't bother with Target location unless you are already visiting Mosaic for something else.
