Mosaic is such a busy district, so you would think that Target would hire more people. Nope, you'll be waiting in line for simply 10-20 minutes, only because there are only 1-2 cashiers available. This Target is also a bit messy, especially in the seasonal section. Also, during the pandemic, a cashier sneezed and coughed on my card while redeeming it, which was disguising considering that some people are still getting COVID. The one perk are the good deals on some of the stuff here, and nice grocery section.

I find that selection at this particular Target is hit or miss. I just called guest service to find out the best day to order from this store, as each time I do my shopper has trouble locating a few of the items I ordered. They routinely have items out of stock that are advertised "in stock" on the Target app. However, no one answers the phone. This Target also often has long lines with few lanes open. Guest service is not that great. The store management needs to hire more staff to keep shelves stocked, phones answered and lines shorter.

Never have anything in stock somehow? Shelves are like always bare and in the wrong spot especially the textured hair section??????

Never staffed and always crowded. Note two checkout lanes open and the mile long self-checkout line.

Order Ahead is the best. I just get one or more items and go straight to the Checkout line there!

Customer service is very helpful at this Target!!!!They are quick and knowledgeable and have excellent abilities to manage everything. I really enjoy shopping at The Merrifield location!!!! ?? Just keep your dog under careful supervision with these beef rib bones. My dog can handle them but they might shatter in your dog’s mouth. ?

The fulfillment of online orders is very inefficient. The order should be at the customer service desk. For each pickup I saw, the man working had to walk all the way across the store to get it.

Definitely one of my favorite Targets to visit. Usually always clean, nothing is on the floor or scattered throughout the isles. They also have the selection I'm looking for 95% of the time. I don't see a lot of employees walking around for assistance but I manage to find someone here and there. The value is great, I'm a rewards member as well and their deals are good. Definitely recommend the visit.

Awful. This afternoon, a "Guest Services" man watched as I struggled to fold and stuff my sweaters into the way too small plastic bag he tossed at me. He couldn't keep track of 5 sweaters, insisted on handing them to me one by one and expected me to refold them twice during the process. How does this person still have a job as a customer service person?

I tried to call Customer Service to check on an item. I called the number on the website and dialed every option that was given and no one ever answered. The system just hangs up after a few rings. Also you will spend more time trying to check out than you spend shopping. Corporate needs to visit the store unannounced.
