I have always been pleased with the customer service, ability to schedule an appointment, prompt/fast work that started on time, and the work that was done. This includes oil changes, inspections, brakes, tire rotations as part of a six year maintenance plan paid for with new truck. The plan was worth the cost and peace of mind.

I brought my car in to be serviced at TB Quicklane for the first time and was lucky enough to have Jerson as my service advisor. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was great at communicating when parts would come in and how long it would take to service. I extremely appreciated his efforts in keeping me updated on the progress/timeline of my vehicle so I could make other accommodations to my schedule with work while my vehicle was being serviced. The location was easy to get to and it was clean and spacious inside.I will be a returning customer and will not hesitate to recommend Jerson to my family and friends.Thank you Jerson!

I brought in my 2016 Lexus IS250 f-sport for an oil change and tire rotation. Carlos got my car done and helped me as much as he could, great experience.

Scheduled appointment for a battery recall and an oil change. Two weeks prior I got my new tires and all the check ups at a different dealership. When I dropped off the car first thing in the morning I double checked again that it’s for the recall and the oil change, even asked for the full synthetic. The girl Olivia spoke 5 words in total to me and acted like I’m an inconvenience to her at 7 am. When I come to pick up the car it’s $172. And I’m told that I was scheduled for the minor service. Then she informed me that we went over this in the morning and she told me how much it will cost and all the details. I wasn’t informed about any of that, so I got two tire rotations in two weeks. Asked to speak with the guy that booked my appointment but of course he’s not there.Take it somewhere else, or you will end up getting charged for what you didn’t need or asked.

If I was Ted Britt I would be embarrassed with your in ability to get a motor replaced in my Explorer. You had it for 9 months and could not locate a motor. I contacted another dealer and they found one in 10 days and got it threw insurance. Add insult to injury you charge me $1,075 to show the warranty company what the issue was. What little bit of the motor that was removed by you al I could have done in an hour. You all are just charging me 6 hours labor out of spite because I found someone else who could get the work done. If your parts manager had done their job this would never had been an issue. I have bought three vehicles from you all in the past but I can assure you I will never again. I will also tell any one who mentions you all to run away as fast as they can.Service: Engine repair

I live 10 minutes from another Ford dealer, but drive the 30 minutes to Quick Lane at Ted Britt Ford because they're awesome. Always a happy greeting, service done on time and a heads up on upcoming service needs.

We have used the quick lane for our two Ford vehicles since we moved to VA fie years ago. We have always had great service and the staff has worked with us so many times for loaner vehicles if the service was going to take longer or on dates and times for service. We normally drop off the night before and pick up when service is done which works out great for our schedules.Services: Tires

Discovered a screw in one of my tires, was able to drop in first thing in the morning and have it patched right away. Because of the great service, also ordered a new set of tires from the same location: delivery was around 48 hours and the install was under 2. Early opening and lots of parking are super helpful.Services: Tires

Great work as always. The tire prices are quite competitive and the service is handled well. Customer service was great and when my service took longer than expected I was provided a complimentary rental car to make up for the issue.Service: Tires

So wait time is the wait time when dealing with car repairs, just expect that and bring stuff to keep you entertained. Once they diagnosed the problem I was told they should not even have the part for 3 days. My issue was the alternator, so since they knew my car could be dead at any time they were gracious enough to give me a loaner which I really needed as I only have one car and had a lot to get done, absolutely needed a car. Low and behold, they got the part earlier than expected and the work was done the next day.I should mention, I did need a new alternator but there was a possibility of needing one other part replaced. It did not actually need that part, instead of doing it anyways and bankrupting me, they were honest and only did the work that needed done. Though it is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination to get your work done with Ford, I always take my car in anyways because the work gets done right and they seemingly have always been honest about what needs to be done.

Olivia was friendly but I had no clue that my maintenance plan had expired. Would have been nice to have a heads up so I wasn’t forced to shell out $100 unexpectedly. Ted Britt’s service has fallen off compared to what they once were. This is coming from my last visit in which my car was kept for almost 2 months and I was given grief about the loaner numerous times which I would’ve rather not of had. I had to pay for a visitors pass through my community because the pass only lasts for 2 weeks. Just a bad taste in my mouth currentlyService: Oil change

If you're getting a used Ford at a good price, they may be the best place to go. If you're patient, know a little about cars, and do your homework, buy their service contract (Ted Britt for Life?). They provide loaners with the service, and are tolerant if you can't return them as soon as they call you to get your car. But they aren't always honest about repairs. They may charge you for stuff the manufacturer (Chevy in my case) would do for free. They can give you the run around. Your car may take longer to service than they say. You may find another disgruntled customer giving them a hard time or complaining in the waiting area. Maybe thia is not usual for used car dealers?

Quick Lane was generous enough to take my car in for a vehicle inspection after the normal work hours. They have great customer service and did the service they provided was a reasonable price. Definitely will be taking my car to their shop from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my vehicle in for a factory recall. They took care of that and also checked everything else! I have printed receipt verifying every detail of what they checked. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. The young lady at the front desk even finished putting my key fob back together with new battery (I brought it in held together with a rubber band). Having a trusted place to take my vehicle is of upmost importance to me!
