Highly recommend if you’re shopping for a Samsung TV. Raphael at the Fairfax location took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up buying from here at the end of March instead of Costco. They also sell soundbars and furniture. I purchased on a Sunday and was able to get it delivered the next day. Delivery and set up were quick. No issues over the past month. Very satisfied.

My living room tv died right before Thanksgiving. I had seen the Samsung Frame and my son-in-law recommended The Big Screen Store. I went by and was very pleased with the reception I received and the demonstration. I settled on the 65" Frame. They installed it the day before Thanksgiving and I have been enjoying it ever since. Kudos to Romeo for the very professional install and Rafael. Highly recommend them and will never buy anywhere else!

The Sales Manager Mark is knowledge. But doesn’t return phone calls fails to do what he says. While a huge supporter of the Big Screen Store I would stay clear of this location. Go to Rockville.
