The workers don’t do anything but stand around and gossip. Customer service was HORRIBLE. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, just stared at. The workers passed us many times without asking if we needed help. When did the workers stop doing their jobs?

I've shopped here for a while and needed to shout out Eric. I went in needing a few things and had no idea where to start. He was very friendly, knowledgable about the products from make up to hair care, and addressed all of my questions/concerns!

I come here for one thing and to be honest if it wasn't cheaper here then Sally's I'd never come in. I really don't like how the people in here are judgemental to people. I mean I get it, I'm not spending thousands/millions of dollars with you and I'm sure if I was one of those customers that spend more or look like their type of customers I'd have a better interaction. Just kind of a bummer that most customers seem to be treated badly here. I've seen it happen to others, not just myself.

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Fairfax Ulta location for years, but unfortunately, the recent decline in service is noticeable. The level of attentiveness and customer care is not what it used to be. Instead of assisting customers, staff members often congregate and engage in personal conversations, leaving customers searching for help. When assistance is requested, the response can feel dismissive, as if you’re interrupting something more important. I wasn’t the only one experiencing this—several other customers were also looking for help with little success.
Additionally, the makeup testing area is poorly maintained. Essential applicators for products like lip gloss and mascara are frequently empty, and when asked to replenish them, employees only bring out a few at a time rather than properly restocking.
That said, I want to acknowledge Daniela, who went above and beyond to assist me. Even though it was close to closing time, she was patient, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to provide great customer service. Her professionalism and kindness stood out in an otherwise disappointing experience.
I sincerely hope leadership takes customer service more seriously and reinforces its importance with the team. Ulta should be a welcoming and helpful space, especially for those who may not be as knowledgeable about beauty products. Please do better.

I would say they are cheater. I spent $65. I used their ulta/credit card. Everything was online. They never sent any notification of bill or payment due date. Therefore I paid$200 all in sudden because they added late fee plus interest They don’t care of their customers other than the damed money. Please be careful with what you purchasing for and pay in full right away. Later you never know how much they charge you if you don’t remember your due date and never receive any notifications.
