My wife does her banking with Kriti at United Bank over a decade. I have always been overjoyed by Kriti’s unsurpassed service. During COVID time, she would drive to our home to provide the banking services. Today, I had the opportunity to visit the bank in person with my wife. I was overwhelmed if I may say so. Kriti and Sunilda reminded me of the good old neighborhood banking experience. We trust them as friends. Keep up the good work.

This branch has good customer service. However the bank itself has outdated atm machines that break from time to time. Envelopes will jam ect. And it takes many weeks for them to mail you a new cheap debit card that the chip sometimes doesnt work.

I've always been happy to bank with United Bank (it's been about 20 years now), but the customer service they provide is truly top-notch. I recently had a series of fraudulent transactions made using my debit card. Not only did the fine people at United Bank catch it right away, but they also worked with me to dispute the fraudulent transactions and reimburse me for them in a very timely fashion. The ladies at the Fairfax Corner branch are so friendly and welcoming--thank you so much!
